For discerning pizza aficionados seeking a respite from the extravagant dining scene of the Las Vegas Strip, Secret Pizza at the Cosmopolitan offers an unassuming yet satisfying experience. This clandestine pizzeria, tucked away on the third floor of the Boulevard Tower, provides a delicious and affordable escape with its New York-style pizzas.

Locating this Culinary Hideaway: • Arrive at the Cosmopolitan: Situated centrally on the Las Vegas Strip, the Cosmopolitan is easily identifiable by its striking architecture and vibrant atmosphere. • Proceed to the Third Floor: Utilize the elevators or escalators to reach the third floor of the Boulevard Tower. • Navigate the Hallway: Near the esteemed Blue Ribbon restaurant, locate a hallway adorned with a collection of vintage album covers. This hallway marks the path to your pizza destination. • Unveil the Secret: At the end of this corridor, an understated doorway leads to a compact and unpretentious pizzeria. You have successfully discovered Secret Pizza.

Culinary Offerings: Upon entering, guests are greeted by the enticing aroma of freshly baked pizzas and a display case showcasing an array of classic and innovative toppings. The pizzas are crafted in the New York style, featuring a thin and crispy crust generously topped with high-quality ingredients. Whether your preference leans towards traditional pepperoni or more adventurous combinations, Secret Pizza caters to a variety of tastes.

Ambiance and Experience: Secret Pizza cultivates a casual and inviting atmosphere, providing a stark contrast to the often opulent dining venues on the Strip. The absence of elaborate decor is compensated by the quality of the food and the convivial ambiance. The thrill of discovering this hidden gem enhances the overall experience, making it a memorable culinary adventure. Recommendations for your Visit:

Secret Pizza stands as a testament to the fact that exceptional culinary experiences can be found in the most unexpected places. By combining delicious food, a relaxed atmosphere, and an element of mystery, Secret Pizza provides a unique and satisfying dining experience that sets it apart from the typical Las Vegas offerings. For those seeking a break from extravagance and a taste of authentic New York-style pizza, Secret Pizza is a must-visit...

This indiscriminate pizza counter upstairs without any discerning signage is known to all as Secret Pizza, but it's not a secret, and it hasn't been one in a long time. I believe this NY style pizzeria opened up around 2010. My first time trying it was in 2013. Since then, I've lived in NY and had my fill of NY pizza, so I think I can say that this place is legit. Back then it was about $3-$4 a slice. I was a bit surprised to see that a white slice with ricotta and mozzarella is now $7.50 with no toppings, but of course I realized price increases are expected and inevitable. Plus they have those tablets at checkout, the kind that ask you how much you want to tip, starting at 15%. These tablets do a good job of convincing us to tip for something we wouldn't have tipped for before these tablets came into our lives. So now, we're looking at about $9.25/slice, and $0.50 for each additional topping. But never mind that, because this is probably one of the most affordable meals on the strip. Back when it was still somewhat of a secret, you might have heard about it or stumbled upon it by accident, and you could probably walk right up to the cashier and make a quick order and be on your merry way. My most recent visit was evidence that while this is technically fast food, your order will not be quick. Despite the line, service is still amazingly quick. It was about 2am on a Wednesday evening / Thursday morning, but there was a long line out the door. There was no space for eating inside, actually hardly any standing space, so most people carried their pizza to go, or ate on the lounge chairs outside of the hall, under the unflattering orange lighting. The white pizza is delicious. The crust is thin, but has enough bite and a soft chew, but still crunchy. The ricotta and mozzarella are creamy and rich, and pretty garlic forward. I've had pizza from here for lunch and for late night. For some reason, I think late night pizza just tastes better. In the wee hours of the morning, I'm likely to get hungry, because dinner was hours ago, and eating pizza at such an hour feels so indulgent. The next time I'm in town, I may just have to head over here first thing and order...

Secret Pizza – The Hidden Gem of Las Vegas

In the heart of Las Vegas, where the lights and the hustle never seem to dim, Secret Pizza stands as a deliciously elusive and understated gem. Tucked away in an unassuming location in the Cosmopolitan Hotel, this pizza spot has become a favorite for those in the know—and for good reason.

While the name might suggest some sort of hidden treasure, the real secret to Secret Pizza lies in its unmarked entrance and simple, yet incredible, pizza. It's located on the third floor of the Cosmopolitan, tucked behind a collection of record stores. There's no sign, no flashy neon lights—just a small, almost stealthy door that leads to the pizza paradise inside. Once you find it, you’re greeted by a casual, no-frills atmosphere with a few standing tables, allowing the focus to remain squarely on the food.

The pizza here is nothing short of spectacular. Inspired by classic New York-style pizza, Secret Pizza serves up large, thin, foldable slices with perfectly charred crust, topped with tangy tomato sauce, gooey cheese, and fresh ingredients. While you can go for the classic cheese or pepperoni, there are also unique offerings like the "White Pie" with ricotta, mozzarella, and garlic—each pizza baked to crispy perfection in a traditional oven. The crust is light yet sturdy, providing the perfect balance between crunch and chew, with just the right amount of sauce and cheese in every bite.

The real charm of Secret Pizza is its simplicity. There are no frills—just great pizza in a low-key setting. But it’s exactly this unpretentious vibe that makes it so special. Whether you’re grabbing a late-night bite after a night out on the Strip or seeking a satisfying meal that’s a step away from the flashier, more touristy spots, Secret Pizza has your back.

Service is quick and friendly, and while there’s often a line, it’s totally worth the wait. You won’t find anything fancy here—no large menus or fancy décor—just delicious pizza, which is all you really need. And because it’s tucked away, you often feel like you’ve discovered a hidden local haunt, which only adds...
