Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Paragould

We were seated immediately, which was great. The waiter came by and said he would be back soon to get our drink order, but didn't. Another gentleman took our drink order, which although he got it wrong, at least he brought it quickly. Then the waiter wandered back by. We had to ask for straws, which were wet. We had to ask for plates for our appetizers. I asked for sour cream twice, of two different people, and never got it. The attached picture is of the bacon that was on a bacon burger, obviously uncooked. We had to ask for refills. We had to ask for our dessert that came with the meal. The waiter looked at the table, which still had our empty, dirty dinner plates on it, and said "oh, you didn't get it?" No, because he literally didn't bring it. We had to ask for our check. The table across from us seemed to be having the same problems with straws, plates, and food, as we were. They had to get a manager to get them a straw, after asking the (same) waiter three times. She managed to get one immediately. Although the restaurant was not busy, and the waiter seemed to only have 3 small tables with a total of 7 people, he struggled. Food was good but majority of it was cold. Chips were greasy and lacked flavor. We had a new waitress and she struggled some, but managed to work thru it. One in our group ordered soup and salad, and she got less than a half bowl of soup and it was very cold. Manager got her a fresh full bowl. Got charged for the bottomless soup/salad meal, but only ordered the regular meal. We had the Mexican street corn on our smoke house combos and it was cold. The most was warm, nearly. They have really been going down hill since 2019, so you really can not blame it on Covid-19. My wife said next time I go to Chili's for dinner, I can go by myself. She said she's done, and I think I have to agree with her. Really sucks too. Because they used to be great place to go with good food and great wait staff. Oh, one other thing, the music was so loud we almost had to yell across the table to talk. The waitress had to ask us more than once what we wanted because she had a hard time hearing also. Service is much better at dinner rather than lunch. Waited 30 minutes just for drink orders in a 1/3 full max restaurant with some staff members standing and waiting around, and some cleaning but not attending to customers. Ordered boneless wings with in house BBQ. Once I received them my plate was piping hot, but the wings were room temp and didn't taste fresh, and the in house BBQ tasted salty and like vinegar sort of like a steak sauce rather than tomato based like a traditional BBQ sauce, it was horrendous and I doubt was fresh. Also one of my guest had to have their steak remade three times because apparently it's not understood that medium rare is not gray in the middle, and then when it was rarer it was ice cold in the middle. If anything overcook it and apologize that the chef can't get the asked for cook on it, instead send out something cold and raw. There are meat thermometers and the restaurant wasn't busy enough to...
