Bachi Yaki — Restaurant in Paramount

Been buying from this truck for a few years now. The food is always good but the service is very inconsistent. The girls that work there are very stuck up and try and sass you up over the phone and in person. If you eat there during the day the food is definitely lighter and fresher than if you order like say after 6pm. After that time you'll notice that the same plate you ordered is much heavier and all the food looks very oily. It still tastes good but you get much more full when you eat it at later times. Horrible horrible horrible. Order at 7:08 they said 15-20 mins. Get there at 7:35. Food isn’t ready yet. Which is fine I completely understand. Finally food is ready about 30 mins after that. Get home and realized I got steak and shrimp instead of steak and chicken. Literally go back and tell them and ho back they fix it. Always feel safe coming to get food here I know in LA it’s a big concern for many people they always choose good locations. Food is amazing always cooked to literal perfection or as close as possible because we are human. All around I have always had a good buying and picking up experience with this food truck chain I applaud their seasoning and salute the chef because I tried to replicate their fried rice n I still can’t figure out how they make it so tasty!
