Horrible customer service!!! The so called manager named Bernadette was very rude. First of all, we come here AT LEAST once a week & we've never had an issue AT ALL with any of the other employees. When we ordered, my dad showed them his military ID for the 10%. She didn't even know how to take the discount off. She had to call for help. Then I showed her my $25 gift card & she tried to say that they don't accept gift cards because their scanner is broken. I told her "They never scan my gift cards, they manually put it in" & that's when her attitude started to kick in. She still tried to scan the card on the scanner a few times (I thought it was broken remember) then she finally typed in the numbers & of course it went through. So then we wenr outside to sit on the chairs & wait for our order. We get our order and immediately after that she comes out & says "We're closed now". We're OUTSIDE (not in the store) just drinking our drinks that we just received & she's basically trying to make us leave already. I have tried to contact the store multiple times, but they don't answer calls. When finally somebody pick up my call, they say they will let their manager know about what happened.
