Came here on a Saturday night last minute with my wife and daughter. We didn't have any reservation but they had no problem accommodating us which I appreciated. I didn't appreciate being told that they would need the table at a certain time late in the evening (approximately 2 hours from when we sat down.) I didn't think it would be an issue to finish our dinner in 2 hours but either way don't tell me what time I need to finish my dinner. I'm not the one cooking or serving the food, and I certainly don't want to have some time limit imposed on me.

I had a bone in ribeye which was decent however I needed to salt it pretty liberally. It would cooked perfectly medium rare which I asked for, which was nice. I find that now a days it seems like restaurants can't get a steak temp correct. My wife had a dry aged new york strip which was also quite bland and needed alot of salt but more importantly it was extremely dry. I know a strip is a lean piece of beef, but it's prime grade, it shouldn't have been so dry. We also added a lobster tail, and a few sides to the table. My daughter mostly shared with my wife and I plus some sides.

As far as the sides go. The truffle fries were very generic, and tasted about the same quality that any restaurant that serves "truffle" fries today. The cream corn was decent, my daughter really enjoyed it. We had the Brussel sprouts which I thought were just ok. We also had lobster mac and cheese which had a generous amount of lobster in it, which was nice, however it was bland. Even my wife who is very sensitive to over salting, said the food needed salt. The lobster tail we ordered was pretty great.

We also got some creme brulee for desert, which I thought was pretty good.

Our server was fantastic and we also liked the ambiance of the place, so definitely no complaints in that department.

My biggest take away was just the price. I knew going in the food would be expensive, and I don't mind that at all. All in with a glass of wine and a couple beers the meal was about $360. I gave a $90 tip which felt fair for the great service our waitress gave us, but the food really isn't even close to worth the price. Not only was it extremely bland, it also made me kind of sick. As I'm writing this my stomach is torturing me. Maybe I just ate too much lol. I wouldn't go back to be honest. For the money there are just wayyyyy better places. Especially in...

So let me start by saying I’ve been here at least 100 times. On Saturdays Mathew is an awesome bartender and waiter. Never has an issue never misses a beat. On the other hand, the one female bartender, moldable times when I went to get a drink, I waited 14 minutes to get a drink at the bar seated with my girlfriend. Another time I waited 12 minutes. The reason I time this is because I’m tired of going here and not getting good service when they charge top prices. I complain to the two managers who always apologize but nothing ever changes. The last time I was there, I ordered the same thing I always order Filet mignon medium rare. It came out, literally completely rare One quarter of an inch in from the top and bottom. My girlfriend gets her filet mignon medium of course hers wasn’t right as well. I’m not one to complain. My business is in the service business as well. However the past 10 times we’ve been there. It’s been nothing but problems. I’ve even went as far as to talk to the two manager separately on different occasions nicely and explain the problem with the bartender who doesn’t seem to notice anybody else at the bar when she’s having long conversations with one customer. Every time it’s a bartender issue there’s only six or seven people at the bar. And I always tip at least 20%. The last time I complained to the manager and I still gave the bartender a $20 tip even though we didn’t even finish the food. I then proceeded to call corporate in Florida and spent 28 minutes on the phone telling them what the problem was. I don’t need anybody to give me free food however you would’ve thought even corporate would’ve said hey what’s your address? I’ll send you gift certificate to a different restaurant. That didn’t even happen. Clearly they don’t Care. Another time a man walked in in a suit and tie at 3:30 PM. He sat down next to me and waited about 15 minutes for a drink. He said he stopped coming here because of the same problem. I’m not one to complain, but perhaps if they see a bad review maybe they’ll actually put the effort into changing the two bartenders with your girls who just aren’t doing their job. Mathew on Saturday has always been nice for the past three years. I’ve been going there never had a problem. The two girls they need to learn what...

I came in for a quick lunch today because I was pressed for time in between meetings. The place valets, but there is also a parking lot. The Valet guy was friendly he smiled and said hello before I walked in. I was immediately greeted by a beautiful hostess, Amani. She was all smiles and had a great demeanor. I sat at the bar, Jessica, the bar tender was hard at work preparing drinks. However, that did not deter her from greeting me with a warm welcome. She provided a menu for me while multi tasking. The place seemed busy for lunch. Most of the bar stools were occupied.

She layed out a napkin and provided water with bread until I decided on what I wanted. I was then greeted by the wonderful manager Victor. He immediately recognized me because I had dined there before. It felt like I had run into a family member I had not seen for awhile. We struck up a conversation, but that did not deter him from handling a martini glass shortage at the bar. He handled it swiftly from what I could tell. I guess people were ordering a lot of martinis for lunch 🤷🏻‍♀️.

He came back to check on me and make sure my food was up to par. Jessica was very attentive as well all while interacting with other customers at the bar and making drinks. I requested a Riesling. They were out of Chateau St Michele but she offered me Edge instead. It was very good.

Overall, the ambience is inviting, warm, and the perfect stop for lunch. I ordered the roast chicken risotto with the salad. The risotto was cooked to perfection. It complimented the asparagus and chicken. The chicken was delicious. The asparagus was crunchy. Ate every last bit of my meal. The tomatoes in the garden salad were sweet and delicious. My hats off to the chef👨‍🍳 . I almost forgot to take a photo for my review because I started eating right away. The food presentation was inviting, looked, and smelled delicious 😋 . It was very appetizing.

I will definitely be visiting again. Look forward to trying more menu options....

I have mixed feeling about this place because the food is so good but it's also sooooooo overpriced - it's also a little too stuffy, in my opinion, especially for being in a mall. The ambiance is very pretty with dim lighting and clean, dressed tables. The front waiting area has cubby boxes with names on them for all the big spenders to keep their expensive alcohol in their pretentious boxes. The wait staff were so attentive and professional, with gloved hands behind their backs when not serving. It was a little much for me. I understand there is a standard to uphold in these types of restaurants but I like things a tad more casual, and I prefer personality over military-like service. But they were definitely on point - every time I came back to the table, my napkin was refolded and my water glass filled. Excellent attention to detail. The food was very good. I understand expensive steak houses all work this way, but it's so hard to justify spending $100 on just the steak - no sides included. Each side was priced at $14-ish also, so if you wanted a potato and vegetable with your steak, it's very expensive. The portions are also a bit small for the prices. But the flavor and tenderness of the steaks were incredible. The desserts are good, but not worth the expense, in my opinion. Overall, I would come back here again because I have a gift certificate. Otherwise, I probably would not spend the money. I have been to other expensive steak houses (Ruth Cris, Gordon Ramsey, Mortons, Peter Luga, etc) and I think some of those are more worth the prices.
