After emailing them, I was helped by the owner and his wife who went above and beyond for me. They were kind enough to try to fix it and after seeing it was unfixable they engraved a new one for me! We were told it’ll be done in 5-10 minutes so after that time passed they called us over and it was perfect!! They also offered me a free pair of hoop earrings! I was thankful they were able to shorten the chain and re engrave the charm but the extra pair of earrings really gave me the “wow” experience not many businesses provide.
