I was greeted at the counter by Maleah [sp?] with a blank stare and total silence. Once I figured out my presence wasn't to be acknowledged whatsoever with "Welcome to Arby's"..."can I take your order?" or hell, I would have even taken, "what the hell do you want?", I awkwardly told her I would like 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and onion rings. The total came to 8.66 and when I handed her 8.76, she gave me back the penny and said the .75 cents was enough. After explaining basic Math to her, she entered my monetary offer into the cash register as is, and voila, my .10 cents change proved to be true. After a 10 minute wait and trip home, I learned I'd received 2 Fish sandwiches and exactly 4 onion rings in a very large, but mostly barren paper receptacle with an Arby's logo on it. Please accept my sincere apology for assuming the person at the counter actually spoke words and my extraordinary assumption that what I actually ordered and more importantly, paid for, would be correct. It won't happen again. PS. I gave you 1 star only because your site wouldn't let me post until I checked at least 1 of the stars. Please...
Read moreSince Covid this location has taken a turn for the worse. The drive thru is the slowest in the region if not the slowest in the entire fast food industry. My last visit tonight was a 30min wait from the time I pulled in to the time I got my food. 15 minute or longer waits in the drive thru is the norm. The dining room is not open so the kitchen is only servicing drive thru and it's still unacceptably slow. It's terrible that they won't pay the staff better. Arby's should look at what is wrong and fix it. Also closing 2 days a week and limited hours has not helped. I contacted Arbys corporate before about this location, nothing was fixed and I was sent 2 free meal coupons in the mail I refused to use, and since expired. That was not the solution to the issues at this location. Arby's if you see this, flipping fix the issues! One of the nearest locations in Murray KY is not perfect but is a better performing location than the Arby's...
Read moreVery slow, there were more workers than customers. The drive thru is notoriously slow in our town, so I went inside. 20 minutes later I received my food. Rather unacceptable for fast food. I never received my drink and had to remind them. They were out of Arby's sauce as well. Overall the place has been ran poorly for years and is very slow. Arby's would make much more money in our town if they speed up the service. I was telling people at work about my experience and most said something like this phrase " oh yeah, I never go because it takes too long." I get going through rough patches, but they have been ridiculously slow for 15 years. It's just how they do business and alot of people avoid them due to this fact. A lot of people want something quick that isn't a burger, Arby's offers that, but not at a reasonable pace. It's rather unfortunate. They could do great, and make alot more money, but they are in their own way...
