McDonald's — Restaurant in Paris

Asking for a FRESHLY cooked double quarter pound burger is like asking for a piece of fried chicken at a vegan restaurant. I have asked for cook-to-order for the past three visits and have received a dry and crusty set of meat patties. I have theories to the reasons why i can't get a decent burger ,which i will list. 1) If they are indeed freshly cooked, then the cooks need training on how not to over-cook meat. 2) I am being given old patties, passed off as freshly cooked with no cares given, and no pride taken in the product that is being served on purpose. 3) Proper supervision is not being met to ensure quality product in all areas of the production line. I don't pretend to know which scenario fits, but common sense would dictate that it could be a combination of more than one, if not all, of the scenarios. Something should and must be done to improve this vast deficiency as it is the main product line of this fast food chain. I hope this review reaches the right person to correct the problem. Ordered through Doordash. I received my order within 10minutes. Received food that was extremely cold. I paid 15 dollars for an 8 dollar fish fillet combo. The cheese was not melted due to the fish patty being cold, the bun was hard, and the fries were old and saturated in grease like they had been sitting there all day. I called McDonald's and spoke with a "MANAGER", and informed her that the food was not satisfactory. The manager said "all I can tell you is to call Doordash so they can refund your money. I informed the manager that the dasher arrived on time with the food, and it is McDonald's fault. She.replied again call Doordash for a refund. This place is so unprofessional especially management. I've contacted corporate on management a few times and nothing is ever done. If you value your dollar don't spend it at this McDonald's they do not care about their customers and it shows...

Messed up order …even after I told her it was wrong on screen …she said I got it !!Rude!!so I paid got to pickup my order was wrong and they refused to fix it said I’d have to get back in line and reorder !!!What …I already wsited I. Line to get messed up order… odds are not in my favor!!!!You need to get old lady out of order taking if she can’t hear and won’t listen when you Try to correct it… I wouldn’t say a word I understand people make mistakes … I do…but I’m not rude and acted like their the problem when I needed it corrected👎I come there all the time don’t appreciate any of the 3 people I talked to!!! I ask for manager and some girl came up from lobby with no name tag and faded shirt that looked like it had not been washed…seriously …the normal lady that usually there was not in drive thru and the older woman was and Melissa was female at window that gave me order that...
