The Border Foodtruck Tacos, Birria, & Burgers — Restaurant in Park City

If I could rate these guys a negative I would, not because of their food but because of the service and the fact the employee tried to rip me off. We stopped by there yesterday, Tuesday, the 30th of July 2024 and ordered a Philly and fried meal for $13.00 We gave the young man a $20.00 bill and he gave us back $7.00 and put it right into my wallet still folded in half. We took our vibrating device and sat down to wait for our food. While waiting for our food several others ordered food. I watched as several other people received their food (including fries.) After 20 minutes of waiting, I walked back up to the window and asked about our order. The young man immediately became upset, rude, and very unprofessional. He told me, “Oh yeah, you had the Philly and Fries?” and I told him yes. He then said, “We are still waiting for the grease to heat up for the fries.” I asked him about all the other people who ordered after I did and already received their food, including fries. He once again told me he was waiting. I asked for my money back and he handed me $7.00 and then said, “Wait, you owe me $5.00” I pulled the still folded cash out of my wallet and counted it and it was $7.00 I told him he still owed me $6.00 and he said, “No, you owe me.” I finally raised me voice and told him, “You owe me $6.00, I know how to count.” He finally gave me another $6.00 I would not recommend this place, not because of the food but because of the horrible service we received. I’m not sure if the young man who helped us is the owner or not, but if he isn’t the owner should be very embarrassed to have such an unprofessional employee like this young man...

Ok i felt like i had to come on here and talk about this i absolutely live the food from here but i had a bad experience with the girl that works on there i went to buy my usual and i allways pay 18 dollar as my total i allways order the birria special and a coke and i allways pay cash but that day the two womens wanted to charge me 21 dollars total i ask if the put up the prices and she said yes they did and after i asked that she switch the pice to 19 dollars total i didnt want to argue about it so i grabbed my food and left but couple weeks after i went and bought the same thing and the total was like allways 18 dollars wich i was surprised i told the man what happened and they took it as if nothing happened im just saying if u guys go just be careful and pay attention cause they might want to over charge or who know but like i said i love the food but i think they need to be more careful with what...

The next time you are looking for a great hamburger and you are in or heading toward park city, there is one place you must try. It is The Border Food-truck. I’m attaching the menus. Gerardo is the nicest guy who has ever run a food truck in my experience. He made for me a hamburger according to my own tastes which was not listed on the menu, which was the regular juiciest hamburger with grilled onions and pineapple slices. It was so delicious, also served with hand cut fries. I have introduced The Border FoodTruck to several friends and they are hooked. Definitely worth a stop. They now have shakes and ice cream.
