⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Park City Visitors Center – Park City, UT 📍 1794 Olympic Pkwy, Park City, UT 84098 🕒 Open daily until 5 PM (hours may vary on holidays like Juneteenth) The Park City Visitors Center is an excellent resource for anyone exploring the area. The building is modern, clean, and welcoming, with helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s located on the first floor of the Park City Tech Center and even includes a coffee shop inside for a quick refreshment while you plan your visit. A huge thank you to Gini, the travel advisor/information center associate, who was incredibly helpful. She laid out a detailed plan just for me and recommended a scenic trip to Silver Lake, which turned out to be a beautiful and memorable experience. Her dedication and knowledge truly made my day smoother and more enjoyable. The center itself is immaculate and well-organized. One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if they could hire a bilingual or polyglot staff member—at the very least, adding Spanish would make a big difference for many travelers. Highly recommended stop for anyone visiting Park City!

Looking to book a trip in Utah? Come visit the visitors center and the nice folks here will provide you with tons of free resources!! I went in for a coffee and left with an itinerary for my trip to Moab later this month. The woman at the front desk was super sweet. PS they have gluten free and vegan options for baked goods.

Looking for local travel information? Stop by the Visitor Center in Kimball Junction. Volunteers will guide you to local hikes, fun stops and transportation options. Brochure stands and great coffee at Hugo's Coffee Shop, located in the same space!

I understand the risks of COVID-19 and taking precautions, however this was difficult. She was more than willing to help, but standing 6-feet away behind glass and her wearing a mask and shield, added to us wearing masks, our voices bounced all over the place. It was difficult to not only hear but to understand what was being said. There are no brochures out to look at, only what is handed through the slot in the glass. If you are short, forget it, the table in the way to allow social distancing is too wide to reach across. Is give 5-stars for willingness to assist, but the process...

I am very disappointed with the PC visitors' center. As a local taxpayer, I do not understand why dropping my keys in the lobby warrants a nasty look from the people at the front desk. Furthermore, my 6-year-old dropped her book, and the lady at the front desk yelled at her. Lastly, the number you have listed on Google doesn’t work, so I couldn’t simply call in about this and discuss the issue; I had to leave a comment here! Please train your staff to have basic manners! They are super rude...
