I’m mainly doing this review to compare to others.

Barbacoa rice bowl with no beans and a side of chips and quac
As others have posted, the quantity of food has definitely decreased. It used to be a heaping bowl of food even if they put more rice in it but it is definitely half of what you would get. There seems to be enough meat, but it just seems less than what people are accustomed to.
The vegetables were cooked & look completely fresh The guacamole is green. I was the most worried about that. I was scared it was gonna to be brown based on other posts, but it is definitely green. Rice: hard, and definitely not fresh! This was a disappointment. Chips: stale not fresh at all.
The guacamole and chips actually don’t taste like the old guacamole and chips. I could be wrong but this just seems really really extra creamy, not chunky guacamole and it taste like something you get at the grocery store.
I live a mile from the restaurant and the food was cold. I don’t know how long it’s been sitting there but hey, I do live in a mountain town, so it is what it is but yeah it doesn’t taste piping hot let
I think this location, or maybe just chipotle in General has gone down. I’m not disappointed but I’m definitely not gonna order delivery anymore. It’s not worth the extra fees for the small amount of food and...
Read moreOrdered carne asada bowl. First the bowl was only barely covered with rice. Could actually see bottom of bowl itself on the left side. While the pico, corn, sour cream, cheddar cheese and guacamole were good, the star of the show was the steak. The steak was freshly cooked as the server reached for a new, full container to place in front of her but I'm not exaggerating the MEAT was 90% CHEWY and often FATTY. I spit out about 70% of the meat as it was disgusting bc you couldn't chew through it and the flavor was not there. When you pay almost $20 for a bowl, you'd expect the meat to be at least an 8-9 out of 10. The server also didn't seem like she wanted to be there. A little greeting such as "Hi, how are you tonight," sth, anything (we only got a little murmering, physical gestering from her) and smiling goes a long way and makes me want to return. She wasn't unfriendly or anything like that. It just came across as them not wanting to be there. It just made me feel that maybe I shouldn't be there either, maybe it's an unhappy atmosphere. Idk. Anyway, I was disappointed really bc of the food quality. Not like I remembered it unfortunately. Not sure if I'll go back bc I don't want to pay that kind of money and not enjoy the food. Maybe it was just one of those...
Read moreI’ve been interested to see what all the fuss is about after seeing the reviews for this location. I finally went today and here’s the verdict from my personal experience:
-portions were great - they seemed pretty normal to all the other chipotle’s I’ve been to. I’m wondering if training new employees due to a new location has played a factor in portion sizes in the past. Also note that due to inflation generally all restaurants are cutting down on portions slightly. -food was great - pretty much the same as it always is. My only complaint is that the chicken and fajita veggies were cold by the time I sat down to eat. The only thing keeping my bowl somewhat warm was the rice. However, this is not exclusive to this location. Seems to be a general issue with chipotle, hence one less star. -greens were crisp, salsa tasted fresh, and everything was cooked. -the employees worked quickly and were very friendly. I came during lunch and everyone had their food very quickly.
Honestly this is a great food option with big bang for your buck when it comes to a full meal in park city. I’m really glad they have this chipotle here. Give...
