I wasted my 30 minutes waiting for my customer's order and they were not busy at all around 845 pm tonight. I saw at least four people working at the back while talking too much. After 20 minutes of waiting, I followed up the order and the lady said it takes 2 more minutes and after 10 minutes a guy gave me the order but that the same lady told me that it was for a different person. They labeled that order incorrectly! They were not paying attention and they did not care either. And that the same lady told me that my order takes more time since they have not started yet! I decided to cancel that order from my Uber app because I dont want to waste my time again for another 30 minutes. If it was busy, I understand it but it was not and there were only two people in the restaurant and one Doordash guy who came 15 minutes after me but got his order before me! If they dont like their jobs, they are in the wrong business. Terrible customer service and did not apologize for their mistakes. But thanks to the guy who offered me a drink ( I refused since I was not thirsty) while waiting. I live in PC for more than 20 years and I used to work as a bartender and server in different hotels and restaurants here. Read moreOrdered some food and a strawberry slush here, and the employee handed me the slush first with it completely overflowing and spilled it all over my hand and side of my car. I was holding it trying to figure out what to do with it while he just stood there having not said a single word to me. He didn’t offer to help, or even say a simple “sorry”. I had to ask for some napkins to try to clean up the overflowing drink. As I’m trying to clean it up outside the window he’s holding my card and food out to me, and still has not said anything to me at all. My two napkins he gave me are completely soaked and not worth anything at this point, and he says “you can take your food now”. He didn’t care at all about spilling the red drink all over and just wanted me out of his drive through line. I ended up just bringing the drink in and got red stickiness all over myself and inside of my car. Fortunately I had a dash wipe in the car to clean the drips up, but just frustrating the employee said nothing to me except to move along essentially. I didn’t realize he spilled the drink all over my door until after I parked and got out later on. Read moreOkay, so I’ve eaten at a ton of Taco Bell’s across Utah, and other sates. Many are unpredictable and usually what you get is flat food, not cooked like in the photos, empty, weightless, dry tortillas, etc etc which I usually put up with because I want a Baja blast. THIS location is always clean, calm, fast service, and the food is filled well like it should be for the price. No messy tables. No mess-ups on making the order. Makes my life simple and I’m always pleased to not have anything to complain about here. My only complaint ever here would be in the drive thru at night once we were the only ones in line at all, after dark. I hadn’t finished my online order yet while the driver placed a drive thru order. At the window they made us drive around again to get my online order, despite no guests being there in line or inside at all. Only once this happened. One time (years ago) I stopped JUST for a Baja blast at night and the dude at the counter was like “really just that?” and cancelled the order and just gave me a cup.
