The service is absolutely terrible here in the late evenings. They say that they are out of baked potatoes about 80% of the time. They were also out of ranch dressing that night.
They don't give you your receipt or even ask if you want one, probably so their many unhappy customers can't complain.
The drive-thru menu sign is always off as well. There are not many lights on after a certain time because they want you to think that they are closed. Then why be open that late? Just close. I am talking about at least an hour to an hour and a half before their stated closing time.
Recently, on two different occasions, there has been a worker standing very close to the window at the first drive thru window (after they close that register) just standing there with his head down. I'm not sure if he was on his phone, having mental health issues, or was placed in time out (yes, I'm serious). That was just weird.
So, the new nuggs... are a joke. They are their regular chicken nuggets drizzled with a tiny bit of sauce. It's not a better piece of chicken like other stores' common boneless wings, just nuggets. Didn't even look like the chicken in the menu picture.
If you do order anything that needs to be eaten with a fork, then you should not only ask for it but make sure that it is in your bag before you drive away. Otherwise, you won't get it, and you probably won't get any...
Read moreWendy's in Park City. Very poor service. There was one car in the drive thru at the order kiosk waiting, and one car at the actual window. Couldn't figure out was taking so long. Finally they took the car in front of us order, and the car at the window drove off. We pulled to the order kiosk and were told they would be with us in a minute. We waited and waited. The car on front of us was at the window. I told my son, there's the problem, they can only take one order at a time. Finally the lady came back on and asked to take our order but she was having a conversation with someone else as we can here someone else talking. I said can u here me, she answered I can now. I said it sounds like u were having another conversation. She didn't say anything. I gave my first item and before I could continue my order, she asks if there is anything else, I ordered my 2nd item, then she told us to come to the next window, well that window was closed. Finally the car in front of us was given their food. As we drove to the window the lady turned her back to the window and was on her phone. Then she asked for the payment and the food was given to us by another employee who was very friendly. I re'cd my change and we drove off. At least my sons food was hot and the order correct. The service was poor and it took way too long, especially since they were not busy. We were there twenty to twentyfive minutes with only two cars in front of us. Doubtful we will ever go to that...
Read moreI was in the store a few weeks ago and I was about the 5th person in line. The girl taking the orders would take the order and then stand there until the order was done then give the order to that person. Then take the next order. I waited about 15 minutes and was only now 2 from getting my order taken. They were so disorganized in the back and I don't know who was running the show but I don't think they even knew. I was so upset I walked out and went to another burger place. I have not been back until this evening. My wife wanted hamburgers for dinner so I drove up there and there was a line of about 10 cars and they were not moving. I thought that I would just go in and order but the doors were locked so I got back in line which still has not moved. They were taking one order and working it and then take the next order. People were pulling out of line and leaving. The original car that was at the ordering speaker when I first got there was just getting his order at the pick up window. I drove next door to Taco Bell and got my order right away. I use to really like this Wendy's but they have gone from good to terrible. The restaurants around there should be sending Thank You cards to Wendy's for sending them new customers. I don't think I will be going back there.
