Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Park Hills

Full time working mom. I work days. My husband works nights. This dominoes location is fairly close to our home. With having kids a multiple ages, working 9-10 hour days and evening times being complete Chaos, ordering pizza is always a quick and great choice. All my kids would eat pizza everyday, all day. I wouldn’t be surprised if I’ve spent hundreds last year, alone on just pizza. We are NEVER disappointed. The food comes BURNING HOT! And it’s ALWAYS fast delivery. And even faster window pickup. I ordered a pizza to be delivered. The cost was $25.80 i paid with 2 $20 bills. The lady did not have change on her ao she had to run back to the store. No problem but then our pizza was wrong. We called and they offered us a new pizza and would bring our change. An hour goes by and we get a call asking when we were coming to pick up our pizza and pick up our change. I felt that was really wrong and terrible customer service. The order was online so its not like the toppings were just misheard. It also states they carry $20 in chage at time of delivery. Usually it's a pretty great place to eat at. I recently ordered from this location. And used the drive-thru, soon as I had pulled up to the window they dropped my pizza on the floor, to which I had to wait an additional 10-15min. With little fussy hungry children in my vehicle. They didn't offer a discount, or anything. And I just went ahead and paid for it in full. I feel it'd be common courtesy to offer a discount. I showed up on time, but really other than that, I still go there. Things do happen, and it'll likely be my favorite fast food pizza...
