One might wonder - “How bad does a place have to be to get a one star review?”
Allow me to provide the answer to that question.
I come from Western New York State, and the McDonalds, Tim Hortons, Dunkin’ donuts...they all have something in common: they at least pretend to treat their customers with a modicum of respect. Typically getting orders correct, fixing mistaken orders in a somewhat gracious fashion, and even supporting those of us that have non-typical work schedules, and can comprehend the idea of serving things like biscuits after 10:30 AM.
This is not one of those McDonalds.
I’ve held off writing this as I’ve wanted to give additional chances to this place, but time and time again, it’s the same story: If you arrive here anytime between 9AM-11AM, you’re going to have what appears to be a 50/50 shot of your order being delivered correctly.
That, and some time ago the inexcusable decision was made to remove anything biscuit or McGriddle related from the “all day” breakfast menu. While I understand this is a per- franchise decision, it comes off as some poorly made decision that will likely be defended as “data driven” or something along the lines. In reality, I’d be willing to bet the proprietor of this McDonalds in particular (and apparently others in Parker) wanted to “save costs” and more or less screw over anyone that works a late or graveyard shift and wants to enjoy some biscuit sandwiches.
Getting orders wrong and being rude about it when a customer is trying to politely get it fixed is just the start. Taking things off the menu without any real reason? Well that’s a great way to lose customers, including this one.

When I got to the next window to pick up my order, I knew immediately it was not the right order. I repeated my order 3 times to her and she tried telling me I ordered something else. Ummmm- no, I did not order McFlurrys. She asked me to pull up to the next window and wait for a manager. A very nice young man handed me my food, but did not give me my drinks because he said I didn’t pay for them. What???? So an older gentleman (manager) came over and argued with me about my order and what I had paid for. I asked him to provide my receipt. When he brought it to me, I saw that the amount was not what I was charged (a less than $3 difference- not a big deal). BUT the receipt he gave me had my order but a different card number. When I told him that something was messed up down the line/ I paid for someone else’s order, they paid for mine etc he asked how I knew and I told him the card used was not my card number. He then said he would not argue with me and “it’s not McDonald’s responsibility to make sure you’re charged correctly. What do you want? Your 3 dollars?” He then sent the much nicer young man over to bring me the difference. I appreciate the young Asian man for having some semblance of service skills. And to the manager- it IS your responsibility to run the store correctly. ...

NR38 was our drive through pick up code. I announced that at the speaker and was directed to drive to pull forward. The guy started to give us an order but it was the wrong one. We explained our order and he left to "find it". He came back and said we ordered it for lobby pick up. Our app clearly said drive through. He left. About 3 minutes later the car in front of window 1 opened up so we pulled forward. We waited more. The same guy ( presumably the manager based upon his shirt) came back to window, still without our order. He again said we ordered to the lobby, again we told him we did not and tried to show the app information. He would not look at it.
