7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Parma Heights

Was super excited that a 7 brew was opening out here because the last 6 years I've been in Arkansas and drank 7brew almost every single day. Visited this location two times in the last week and both times was disappointed. Your staff needs better training. Day 1 I went and asked what the flavors for the month were and the girl told me she had no idea. Day 2 I ordered my coffee got up to the window and sat there for several minutes while the girls in the back kept bringing up other coffees. Then the girl at the window finally said to them she was waiting on my coffee. And the girl said we gave that to you already. So she had given it to the other cat. Then as they're talking I realized the girl who took my order rung in the wrong thing. I had asked for blue berry and they rang in blue raspberry. Then the "manager"? Maybe came out and said they didn't have blue berry and I said that's fine I can do like regular raspberry or blackberry whatever you have. And she replies with well what are you wanting some sort of fruit? And I said yeah just not blue raspberry that's a completely different flavor and If y'all didn't have blueberry the girl who took my order should have told me that. The manager then replied "well we're still training". I live a few streets away and this is now the 2nd time I’ve given this place a try only because you sent me a free drink coupon. I pulled up to the window I was greeted by a sweet girl but she had no clue about the menu she handed me the iPad and said here there’s a ton of flavors. I didn’t know what I was looking at… I saw a bunch of coffee items I asked about a redbull chiller… I picked blue raspberry and it’s equivalent to gas station icee.. I’m really upset I want to like this place it looks cool but I can’t the people that work there dont know what they’re doing I won’t be back. It shouldn’t be that hard to order a drink I asked her the difference between iced and chiller. Since I made the selection myself and picked blue raspberry I don’t think there’s any Red Bull in it . Again I didn’t know because I’ve never been here before( did come when first opened got a cinnamon roll drink and it was awful tried not to count it because it was the first week but I see nothings changed) Please train the works on the menu - handing me the iPad to look at a bunch of nonsense was just lazy and rude like girl try to upsell me atleast be able to explain what a drink is. I've been there 3 times first time I ordered a chai frappuccino with whipped cream and caramel drizzle lady told me that all they have is cream base which that was perfectly fine I hate coffee so the next time I went I gave the girl my phone number and she wouldn't take it she says you have to wait till you pay I thought the purpose of the phone number was to pull up the drink that you had ordered in the past and then if you want to make changes to it you could do that that's what I was told at anyways that drink was great a guy made it told me he put 3x chai it's in the computer just give my phone number next time I come in I came in today ordered a chai frappuccino chocolate drizzle whipped cream 3xooz of chai again pull out of the parking lot and they made this with coffee I was told that they do not make this with coffee they only use a cream base so why should I say I do not want it made with coffee I hate coffee so that was a waste of 8.00 I was told the whole point of giving them your phone number is so they can pull up your previous orders but obviously that's not working most of the staff was very friendly I was hoping this would be almost equal...
