This little place is truly a hidden gem. They sell off the rack dresses as well as many gorgeous dresses that can be ordered new. They have shoes, veils, and mother-of-the-bride dresses too! The owner, Kim, made wedding dress shopping a wonderful experience for my mom and I. I simply cannot say enough good things about her & my appointment at her shop. She was so genuine, patient, and attentive. I never felt rushed. Compared to other shops I've looked at, I felt Rockport Bridals had way more stunning dress options that were more reasonably priced under two grand. I really appreciated that Rockport didn't charge me a fee just to look at/try on dresses (very common at many shops now) because weddings are just so expensive already. Kim treated me like a VIP regardless of my dress budget. She is also a seamstress herself and can do your alterations for you. I absolutely loved working with Kim! I don't even know where to begin explaining how much she did for me. I had done some shopping around, visiting other smaller stores and the usual big chains, only to feel pretty frustrated at either the quality or pricing of these other stores. Rockport Bridals has both - great quality and affordable prices. Kim kept the alterations included, which can be outrageous at chain stores. It was amazing the amount of detail and love she put into my dress. I know my dress was not easy (there was a lot of beading) but Kim worked with me every step of the way and, despite everything, she was extremely detail-oriented and meticulous. Kim was absolutely incredible to work with! She worked within my budget and made me feel like I was the only bride in the world. I looked like a princess on my wedding day, and everyone complimented my dress and accessories (all of which I purchased at RockPort Bridals as well). She took her time with us and helped me find the perfect dress, veil, jewelry, shoes and even helped my mother find the most beautiful mother-of-the-bride dress as well! It was comforting to know I did not have to go to a million different places and could get everything I needed for my wedding in one place.
