Subway — Restaurant in Parma Heights

-5 rating!!! I went to this location and not the closest to me because it got more stars. I went in and told the lady that I had not been to a Subway in some time, so please give me a second. She nicely said no problem; I’m thinking great, nice lady. As, I’m standing there I notice 3 nice size flying just flying around… I make a statement that it seems as if you have a fly problem. The response was very nasty that she didn’t see any flys then second later it changed to just one fly and that it was natural, now l looking a 3 very busy flys and lids not covering the food. I told her nicely that I was ok and went to leave. She began to yell that it’s natural it’s natural!! Now I’m telling her that flys are natural, however your food should have lids that cover the food properly. As she is covering that food she telling me that it is covered. Yelling at me that she doesn’t know what I’m talking about all while yelling IT’S NATURAL over and over. DO NOT EAT HERE **HEALTH HAZARD ☣️ Oh I just read another review that her bread drop on the floor and the a worker said it didn’t and continued to make her sandwich...

Never ever again,I order this through uber eats which I rarely do,I specifically ordered from subway on engle rd which is right down street from me I don't have card or I would have picked up,anyways my order gets sent to parma hts pearl rd? 25 dollars 2 subs and bag of chips,driver gets to me my sandwiches are cold and saugy and had wrong flavor of chips,most importantly my subs were not sealed shut with the sticker and even the bag wasn't tied shut that's supposed be there standard letting customers know no one is touching there food looking through there order,I feel so damm violated, I called store both man and woman could barley speak English and kept giving me the runaround oh sorry nothing we can do blah blah blah ,then I call 800 customers service number total waste of time ⌚ can't get live opererator, stay away from this dump ,I'm calling all the local news stations and reporting this and urber eats knows better to accept orders that...

As soon as I took my first steps into this establishment an unpleasant odor tickled my nostrils sending a chilling sensation to the deep depths of my feet. As a wave of nausea clouded my vision leading to me contemplating my life choices. My fateful decision arose. When I asked for turkey I received something ghastly. A warm soggy moist hunk of meat dripping with yellow juice was placed on to my buns. I watched in horror as the juices soaked in the bread completely soiling it. As I took a big breathe I sunk my teeth into this abomination. As the solid brick of meat slid down my throat I leaned back in my chair and reached out with my hand. I screamed for help but all that came out was warm half chewed chunks of meat. As I ran to the bathroom, meat juice running down my chin, I was met with an out of order sign on the bathroom.
