I recently discovered Napoleon’s Pizza in Parma, Ohio through a Google search for sweet sauce, and it turned out to be an absolute gem! Last night, I decided to try it for dinner with my son, and we were blown away.

The staff at Napoleon’s was incredibly friendly, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. When I swung by to pick up our order on my way home from work, my pizza was already waiting for me, still wonderfully warm. The convenience and efficiency were impressive.

Now, let’s talk about the star of the show—the sauce! It was simply amazing. The sweetness was perfectly balanced, enhancing the flavors without overpowering the tomatoes. Every bite was a delightful symphony of flavors. The crispy crust added a satisfying crunch, while the abundance of cheese made each slice a cheesy paradise. Sure, it got a little messy with all that sauce and cheese, but trust me, it was worth it!

Napoleon’s Pizza might be a bit out of my usual route, but after this incredible experience, I can confidently say that it will become a regular stop for me. If you’re a fan of sauce (sweet or not), generous portions of cheese, and friendly service, don’t hesitate to visit Napoleon’s Pizza—it’s a pizza...

I purchased a large pizza on Saturday. This was the second time I had ordered from Napoleon's Pizza. I have to say, even after I had complained to the man cooking the pizza, "why do you keep pulling the pizza in and out of the oven..." I was really hungry when I came in and could not wait. Let me say, the pizza I ordered, large, with sausage, onions, banana peppers, and mushrooms, was absolutely the best. It was cooked perfectly, crunchy like the man cooking it said he was making it when I complained. I ate half of the pizza myself, and I can't wait until the next time to order another pizza from Napoleon's. I must say, I had not been ordering from Napoleon's very often, but that is changing. My next pizza will be a Napoleon's. Also, I thought the price was reasonable, and mention it because other reviews talked about it costing a lot. I have been a Jet's customer for the past six years, and they are expensive, at least 10 bucks difference for the same pizza. While I liked Jets and stayed with them so long, I love Napoleon's and am a new customer for them. No offense to the other guys. They are good, but...

Ordered pizza tonight. First time ordering. I ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza for my son, no onions, half chicken and half bacon. It came with marinara sauce and no bbq sauce. When I called to ask for a replacement pizza the first lady I spoke with said okay they would send it right out. A few minutes later a younger guy called back and said that there was no mistake and that their BBQ sauce is their pizza saice just with a small amount of bbq sauce mixed in. I have never heard of that ever. It was veggies and stiff all mixed in. I asked to just have the pizza removed from my bill. Secondly my large pep and sausage pizza had raw dough. Dissapointed.

Edit: I seen the response and was excited to see that the refund like they told me last night was going to take place. But then logged into my bank and seen that I wasn't even refunded for the amount of the pizza which was the issue. I understand that you say this is your recipe for a bbq pizza, but it would of been nice to have that listed in the description. I again have never had a bbq pizza made with marinara sauce with a...

We love Napoleons normally however after this visit we were pretty disappointed. I placed an online order for two large specialty pizzas. We ordered at 315 so it wasn't busy. They informed me after waiting they messed up the one pizza and would remake it if I wanted. So I said yes I'd wait even though I had my kid with me. We finally got our pizzas and I headed home not even thinking to check them bc I was preoccupied with my child. I should have checked. My fault for leaving without but I had already waited 15 mins over my pickup. The pizza they remade was correct now but the Philly cheese steak has literally no steak they forgot the main ingredient. So I paid almost 20 bucks for a cheese and green pepper pizza. What a waste. In addition to that it was all young kids working and the amount of f bombs they were shouting was unnecessary especially when they saw me sitting there with a small child. I don't care if you swear but when customers are present keep it down and in the back. Very unprofessional.

I've been looking for a place like this for years. Myself in particular cannot eat cheese so I'm extra particular about the sauce, toppings, and crust. I'm also a fan of a thicker style crust which can be hard to find with good flavor and balance. Everything they did was delicious. Genuinely my new favorite all time. Even desert pizza was great as well, and those can be pretty difficult to execute well. The wings were all large and prepped well, something you really don't find anymore (this is likely due to production shortages vs restaurants, no idea how they're able to source such quality wings when almost nowhere else can, but glad they can) highly highly recommend if you like a thicker crust, and a must if you like larger thicker wings (I dont, but for those who like them crispy, I'd imagine you'll need to request them well done due to the sheer size of them, which is a beautiful problem to have) Enjoy, and hope they're around for a long time!
