My order was supposed to be ready at 10:16pm last night. I get there on time to find out you can’t go in the inside. So there is 2 cars in front of me at the intercom. A sedan is at the speaker box and a pickup truck would be next in line then me. All 3 of us were just waiting as no one came to the speaker box. There is no one else in line so it’s not busy.
The pickup pulls off to go straight to the window to see what’s going on and to order. The sedan still sits and waits. Eventually after 3 min of waiting, I pull around also. The pickup trucks gets his food and leaves after awhile waiting at the window. I see an employee inside but he isn’t acknowledging me.
After waiting another 3min at the window I notice the sedan finally comes to the window but is behind me now. The employee is preparing food in which he bags and takes outside and gives it to the sedan and she pulls off. The employee then comes back inside, didn’t wash his hands or put gloves on and comes to the window to see what’s I needed. He didn’t greet me as I told him I have a pick up order that’s prepaid.
I then asked if he was the only one working, he tells me no. Interesting. I explained that I was waiting at the intercom and no one came so I came around and here we are. I said why didn’t you give her her food. He says because she continued to wait at the intercom. I asked how long did you expect a customer to sit and wait, especially a woman at night?
I explained to him why I came around and he was unfazed. So I asked why did you give the guy in the pick up his food when he did the same thing, which was to come around to the window instead of waiting over a normal wait time. He had no words. His customer service was not good at all. I had to take the refund up with DoorDash as he still gave me my order.
I ordered 5pc tenders and cherry lime aid. The tenders were piping hot so that let me know he just made which explains the long wait time. I’ve been here 30 extra minutes now mind you. My order was a pickup so it should’ve already been made ready to go. The tenders were small and not as advertised. They smelled like old grease which adds up cause they are getting ready to close so this grease has been cooked in all day I would bet on.

Read moreThis was my first time back since covid, and I waited an hour in the drive thru just for me to get nothing. Basically, I got in the drive thru at 6 PM, and sat behind about 6 different cars. A group of teens in a Honda pulled up behind me, and so we talked a bit. 45 minutes later, when it was my turn to order, the workers completely ignored me. Now keep in mind that I was riding my skateboard when this all occurred, so I didn't think the censor felt my motion. I then called the group of teens over to park on the censor so the workers could see that I was there. Having to repeat my order multiple times, the workers still ignored me. Now, a teen in the front passenger seat tells me that he spotted a worker looking at us through the window. We immediately knew they were purposely ignoring me, and at 7 PM, I told them that I was leaving. So, all of this was just a waste of my time. I had a feeling that the workers were listening to everything I said, including the part about ordering a Fortnite Battle Pass, and decided that not serving their customer is the right thing to do. We do NOT think this is cute or funny. This just made you workers look horrible. Although, I really do appreciate the Chipotle from next door!!
Ok now I'm not trying to be a total jackass about all of this, so before you guys say "oh they're low staff, you can't blame them," just remember that having low staff members does NOT mean you should treat your customers like dog shit! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!...

I came here on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at 5:00pm EST and had to wait an hour and a half just to get my order. The only reason I didn’t leave is because they had already charged me. I not only had to wait a long time to get someone to take my order, but an hour passes and still no food. I went outside to knock on their door and no one came to me. I had to go through the drive thru an hour later to get someone to talk to me and finally give me my food. At the drive thru I was told that my order cancelled because I left the stall to get the food that was already paid for and that I have been waiting on. I have never experienced anything like this before. What was frustrating was that there was no customer service whatsoever. They knew how long I’ve been waiting and no one even came outside to explain the wait or to even acknowledge me. I got a voided receipt and I will be verifying that my money was returned. This place needs more employees and better management. People come here to get food for the convenience of ordering and staying in the comfort of your car while you eat but you can’t even have that experience anymore if you’re out waiting an hour to get “fast food”.
