If you have never been here and you're ever around Parma, Ohio (Cleveland)... You gotta stop. I love these mama and pop restaurants, they're my favorites. But I'm very picking about my food... 🤷🏾‍♀️ I'm also slightly judgmental on service, because, well, I used to be a waitress... This place has a really chilled, relaxed, welcome everybody, atmosphere. It's a place you can go and have breakfast and actually just eat in peace. The food is amazing and they are so close nit, they actually care about their customers! It's that old time feeling right here in the 2023. Did I tell you the food was bomb... I'm over here hungry now. Anyhow, if you get a chance go check it out and make sure to ask for Katie!!! She is not only the top server, but the best server I have ever experienced in my entire 43 years of existence. Tell her I said hi. She will most definitely take care of you. In all honesty... This restaurant will always mean the world to me. When my ex had me on the streets, sleeping in my car, they made sure ate. One of the waitresses even bought me breakfast once. But no matter how down I was... It was Katie who always told me to keep my head up. And she didn't let me forget who I was. Every day I walked in there it was, "Good Morning Miss Marilyn." So if you want good service and good food and you're in Parma... This is a place to check out. And she is definitely your peoples. You might find a new spot and a new friend. This was my third or fourth time going here and every time was pleasant and the food was good. This will most likely be my last time going there. I had hoped to bring my parents here when they came to visit me but I am so hurt by the waitress and the restaurant who didn’t stick up for me when a rude man embarrassed me and told me to discipline my 15 month old child and that he was disturbing everyone in the restaurant. I explained to him that it seems that he had no children because my child is still a baby and doesn’t understand. The patrons next to me stuck up for me but the waitress tried to shut me up when I was apologizing to the man but explaining to him this is just the stage of development my son is at. He apologized to me and explained he had a temper but I will never forget how mean the waitress was to me and how the restaurant didn’t help me. This is a family restaurant and I will never take my family here again. This was the first time I chose not to tip the waitress. Shame on her and the restaurant for making me, a new sleep deprived mother...

I ordered 2 waters because I often choke for no reason and my waiter was rude regarding my request said he would bring it as needed (last time different restraunt someone said.that she took over 5 minutes to refill which I understand they are busy so i ask for 2) Then I ordered my food and requested extra butter before I get my meal. He said yes he would which brought a discussion at my table about why I ask for it. Other restraunts did not bring butter and my vegetables or food got cold before I got the butter. When another waitress interrupted our conversation and was rudely defending him letting me know he was getting my butter(that I asked for before he brought my food) defending him is good but worrying about my conversation not hearing it all and being rude about my discussion about other restraunts not so much.
