I have been to other Singas in central Jersey multiple times and compared to that, this place was definitely sub-par.
The pizza we ordered were half cooked and the toppings were completely raw. Almost like they forgot to put them until after the pizza was baked(we requested to replace a standard topping with something non-standard). The only reason I gave a second star was that the crust of the pizza was actually good enough.
The "cashier" was not fluent in English and was very rude. He would pick up the phone and "give me a second" was the first thing he would say. To make matters worse, he would ask for cash to the customers and while the customer is asking him about something, he would just pick up the phone and completely ignore the customer. He definitely heard him since he looked at him and just looked away.
Regarding the cleanliness of the place, the people in the kitchen did not seem to have any gloves on, the floor of the restaurant was sticky from what seemed like spilled soda that was not cleaned up properly. The reason they got a second star was because the restroom was very clean.
Finally, their business practices. After we got to the store and mentioned that we placed the order on the phone, they gave our total and I proceeded to hand them my credit card. To my surprise, they have a "Cash Only" policy ONLY from Friday-Sunday. Not only did they not mention this anywhere online or during our phone order, but it seems like they were very "strict" about not allowing credit cards. When you notice a business taking "Cash Only" during their busiest days of the week and then don't give you a receipt, you get very skeptical about their business practices. The food is not cheap enough to justify charging cash to not pay taxes or credit card processing fees.
Overall, I would suggest they change their policy about "cash only" during certain days, have some cleanliness rules for people working in kitchen and maybe have a cashier who knows how to multitask and not be rude to customers.

I would be willing to give them another chance if they make some of the changes I...
Read moreThe customer service at the parsippany location is ridiculously horrible. I am a regular customer that comes often and has experienced various horrible customer services experiences at this place but have let them go. However, this time it was just too much. I ordered 12 pizza, 2 Jain. The employees did not even label the pizza’s and when I tried to call they were not listening and kept hanging up. I do not live close to the location so I can’t keep going back and forth due to employees mistakes. Additionally, for 5 of the pizzas the material on the paper plates was stuck to the pizza. When I told the employee on call they said I have never heard about this happening. When I showed them in person later, they said this is normal and edible and if i didn’t like it just cut that part of the pizza out. How do you expect me to pay regular price and am not even able to eat parts of the pizza. Additionally, this is a health concern, eating material from paper plate is harmful to health. In the summer, I called and placed a large order as I had guests over and they confirmed delivery. I waited over 1.5 hours and then had to call MYSELF to see the status of my pizza. The employee then said sorry we’re not able to delivery anymore. I had to drive far and pick up the pizza to find out that their driver was DRUNK. Not only did they give me false expectations for delivery, but didn’t even inform me about the situation until I called them after 1.5 hours. I can recall various other incidents that have occurred over my years of eating here. This is so not acceptable. The staff needs to be trained or changed. Basic customer experience is expected at any...

Smooth taste and lovely crunch of crusts topped with meat and vegetarian options of pizza and sandwiches. COVID-19 protocols in practice, but could be improved if menu did not have to be shared and cash only was not required. The owner said that many people are not aware of proprietor's credit card fee (approximately 1-2%+ of sale transactions) for customer transactions nor do they tip properly (15-20%+). This is true in many restaurants that are struggling to stay open, and it would be nice if they were able to apply (Jon Bon Jovi's) JBJ Soul Kitchen business model that is in use in Redbank and other New Jersey (U.S.A.) locations. In door seating area is beautiful bright and open with warm golden earthtones with red accents with live green botanicals (nontoxic?).
