The technique and the cook on the beef and al pastor tacos was nearly perfect! A little crispy on the edges but tender. Super fine dice on the onions. The smallest I’ve seen at ANY Mexican restaurant so definite props to the chef’s knife skills.
Unfortunately, the missing element was FLAVOR. Had a 2 dimensional flavor profile = undersalted. The pineapple sweetness and tang was missing from the Al pastor, so it was just spice. The beef tacos were a little more tasty.

I am sure they must have other superb items on their menu, and I will try sometime...

I must say all but the chilaquiles were delicious. It was a bit bland and to wet for my liking. The chilie sauce they give on the side. Grean was good and flavorful. The red was very heated and lacked flavor. I'm originally from California and being so close to Mexico they have a lot of really great mexican restaurants.
