Bullritos — Restaurant in Pasadena

I'm at Pasadena bullritos eating a meal with a couple of my friends. First I cannot get a quesadilla as just an entree. Normally when I go to the bullritos such as La Porte or Deer Park I am able to get a quesadilla by itself no beans no chips etcetera. Apparently that is not an option here in Pasadena. Not happy. But really what made me upset was I went to refill my unsweetened iced tea and the Peak Tea dispenser was coming out with clear liquid not brown iced tea liquid. When I asked Claudia if she could look at the unsweet iced tea she said she does not drink the tea dispenser so she does not mess with it so she does not know how to change it. I went up to the other employee and he said he has only been here a week he does not know how to change it either. I find out Claudia is the assistant manager on duty. I ask Claudia again why she could not change the dispenser, and she said, let me call the manager and see if she answers. The manager did not answer so I asked why the assistant manager the one who was on duty does not know how to work all of the items here in the restaurant. I will not be back.... who know what else is not functioning...

More often than not everyone is friendly, and the food is really good. This last time I was blessed with very generous portions, so thank you! 🙏

For the price, and the amount of food, it’s hard to beat their quesadilla plate. Two quesadilla plates and extra rice and beans are regularly enough food to feed 3-4 people. Their burritos are my favorite, but I always end up spending like $20 on one. That said, they are better than Freebirds, and Chipotle. I’m happy this location is still around. I find people sleep on Bullritos, at least until they try it out. I’ve had a number of friends over the years who were die hard Freebirds fans, at least until I forced them to get Bullritos with me. It’s honestly not even close, Bullritos is way better. If you’re looking for a great Tex-Mex place, or a great Freebirds/Chipotle style bowl/burrito, you can’t go wrong. It can add up quickly if you get steak, extra steak, and guacamole, but I will say their ingredients are higher quality than most. You definitely get what you...

Been there about 4 times so far and each time was awesome, but today let me tell you... So i placed my order online as usual, i placed it 40 minutes before my pick-up time. I get to Bullrito at 12pm (my scheduled time) and ask for my order, they asked for my names on the order. As I'm saying the 3 names, they are looking at me as if i was saying them in another language. They go to the printer and find my order there. The lady had the nerve to tell me "we just got it". I said ummm no, i placed this order 40 minutes ago. Then she said we will do your order now. So im there waiting for my order as order pple orders were ready and there names were being called. They didnt take my order as a priority, mine should of been taken care of as soon as they realized it wasnt made at the set time. I guess next time IF i decide to order online again,I'm gonna have to call as soon as i send it to make sure they are doing there job!! #1unhappycustomer...
