I made an online order and received everything but two valentine cards. I had gone to pick up part of the order at this location said they would give me a call earlier that week about to pick up the rest of the order, never heard back from them. I called on Feb. 13th and the lady that answered the call stated that she would call me back about my order and never did. I called a few days after valentines explaining what had happened, the lady that answered that phone call stated that she could not help me, that I'd have to find a solution with contacting hallmark. Pretty much the rudest experience I’ve ever had at a Hallmark store. I usually find the sweetest people working at Hallmark, especially during the holidays. I was raised to always be polite, but as soon as I walked away, the male cashier turned and started talking about me to the other cashier and gave me looks, when all I asked was a question about their return policy since it was a gift. Horrible customer service by Manager. Hallmark emailed me to return items and for them to waive return policy. The emailed was shown to her. She ask for receipt anyway. The she says they were discounted. Then after leaving to the back returning to agree to refund. Then she says she doesn't have enough money in register and ask for a debit card. No card to give. She acted so put out for she now had to split refund using two regusters. I felt like a criminal. I have been a customer since 1977 buying 2-3 ornaments a year. Want...
