The freshest fast food you can get within at least 10 miles. Something that always bothers me about eating fast food, is how fake the chicken taste. Most fast food places have chicken that is compressed, and is shaped to look like it comes from a fresh chicken breast. Unfortunately I can definitely tell the difference between what's fresh and what is not. Chick-fil-A on the other hand always uses a true fresh chicken breast, and you can tell the difference in the taste. I guess the only downside to this is that is the only meat that they sell here is chicken. This maybe be true, but this goes for all Chick-fil-A's seeing as they use the same meat for all of their stores. What I can't say that is the same for all of their stores is the customer service. While I have never been to a Chick-fil-A restaurant that has had bad customer service, this restaurant definitely does not change that. While I have been "kicked" out of this establishment for "sitting at a table too long (about an hour), "I am not going to include that under my rating, due to what I call a fluke. If this or anything similar had happened again, I would definitely consider that in my rating, but out of the many many times I have been here everyone has always gone out of their way to make sure that I was happy either eating inside or picking up food in the drive through. I would like to have given this place a 4.5/5, but I had no choice to give it a 4 due to the rating system. The reason I took off half a point from my ratings, is due to how their drive through system is setup. While I understand the restaurant needs to push people through the drive through when they are busy, I feel that they could take your order different than having 2 people outside. The problem with this is, sometimes it takes me a minute or two to figure out what I want to eat, and I feel like I am rushed when there is someone staring straight at me. I feel this way, especially when they try taking your order and your 3 cars from the actual menu. While this isn't a huge ordeal, I find it a big enough annoyance to take off...
Read moreWorst Chick-fil-A ever! We just wanted to get some drinks on our way to go shopping. I could see the long line in the drive thru from pansy street, still I decided to check it out. Drove up and the line was to the end of the building so we went it. We walked in, thinking just drinks would be faster....even thought I had to wall though the car line with small children, which no employee acknowledge and offer to help us cross the 2 Lanes on cars. The cashier gave me a startled look after I said "we need 2 kids Powerade" to which she responded with "6 or 8 count". I should have known then to leave.... We ended up getting the 2 kids drinks, 1 medium, and 2 large waters. The paid drinks were packed with ice, while the waters only had 1 scoop that had melted in 5 minutes. When we walked out, me carrying a child, the drink carriers while trying to keep the other child close so we can exit the store, no one offered to help open the door or help us to the car with the drinks. Also the drive thru was...
Read moreThis place has really gone downhill and the food has become terribly gross and super greasy. The prices have increased and the customer service has become increasingly bare minimum effort on behalf of the staff. The sandwich I ordered was extremely disappointing and overpriced. We ordered the CFA original sandwich and the 4ct minis with hash browns and the drink was an Iced Mocha coffee. The chicken sandwich was the most disappointing. It was extremely thin, greasy, burned, and hard. The bread (bun) was stale and old. It fell apart the first moment you picked it up and started peeling. The grease needed to be changed that it was fried in ( very obvious ). The iced coffee had about an inch of chocolate syrup just dumped in the bottom of the cup. The chicken minis were cold and the hash browns too greasy to consume. Overall experience was terrible and I don’t recommend...
