This evening at 7 the guy at the window whose obviously new handed me my drink with his thumb on the opening. And asked if I had wanted the coffee cake and banana bread warmed. I said no. So he gave them to me in their original plastic inside of a regular wrapper. I still can’t understand his mindset of wasting two bags. Never in 20 something years other than Madeline’s have I received any dessert in a plastic wrapper inside of a regular individual bag and not the bag with handles. The Barista? Who usually works the window couldn’t recall what she was making. I was the only car there. I ordered 3 drinks. Ordered and paid for extra caramel drizzle. One drink was a Caramel Macihiato Hot. It had no label and tastes like flavored water. No receipt. I would normally take them back or call the Manager But this place has become consistently bad. The Barista? Is always a sweet girl at the window. But for goodness sakes please train her first! The Cashier needs to be trained on hygiene and customer service. Laziness on his part. The 5.00 -10.00 dollars I tip. I don’t think he even put it in the cup. I will no longer tip there not with that...
Read moreMy friend ordered two hot chocolates, hers iced, from the drive thru. She plainly stated NO MOCHA because neither of us like mocha. As she drove away, I sipped mine & it was MOCHA coffee. The receipt showed 02 mochas. She drove back and I went inside. The young lady who took the order & a young man who apparently handles complaints could not have been nicer and apologized more than once, but they could not seem to grasp that I meant hot chocolate, they kept thinking mocha coffee even though I explained several times CHOCOLATE, that my friend firmly stated NO MOCHA, and MOCHA on receipt. Finally light bulb went on over their heads and grasped CHOCOLATE, NOT MOCHA COFFEE! My friend kept her unwanted MOCHA and drank it so I alone stormed in to complain and walked out with VIOLA! CHOCOLATE! The cashier gentleman (who was new), was very kind and welcoming... but the lady fixing the drinks was SO Unbelievably and Astonishingly RUDE! I never understood what her frustration was but as a customer I don’t even have to know... she even cursed in front of my child as she handed me my order very rudely! I called the store right away to report this to the manager, but she was not that receptive over the phone... not even a diplomatic apology... this is very disappointingly sad. What happened to good customer service?? I guess only Chick-fil-A knows what that’s about. They are consistent with their employees’ training nationwide... maybe this Starbucks has a thing or two to learn from them .
