The food was alright, too much rice not enough sofritos. The 3 girls behind the counter had the personality and vocal out put of a brick. You couldn't hear them and they weren't listening. I had to interpret to an older lady behind me and tell them what she was saying and her what they were saying(I used to be a server/ trainer in some good restaurants and know when a customer is having difficulties, too bad they didn't). They were exceptionally lame and I would say they need retraining but these type of workers are the norm nowadays, hired by types that love those dim witted, bad customer service food regurgitating types . They Don't care about good food or good service, just pump it out as meaningless as possible. I mean, the lady behind me asked the girl to put some of the juice from the beans on her bowl and the girl put a tiny tiny bit in and the lady asked for some more and the girl behind the counter got gruff. Then I thought the genius who packed my bag was putting the Sauces safely down the side of the bag and as shown from the pictures, you see she was only smart enough to put it in sideways, it obviously opened and spilled, ripped the bag and got on my car seats, in a car that, even my 4yr old hasn't spilled in. To add to that, the grilled fajita veggies tray was empty and the 2 guys behind the cook area was just standing there talking, looking out the window and everywhere except getting the fajita veggies cooked and back in service.. Read moreFirst of all I waited for an extremely long time with a bunch of other people and only 1 worker at the front. They all were just walking around and not doing anything. After he finally decided to come around I asked for 2 bowls. After he proceeded to take out order and he put so little food in the bowl, it made it seem like I am a kitten who barely eats anything which was very unpleasant. The worker was also very very slow at everything. After I went to get drinks, and the soda fountain was delivering the drink and then absolutely blew out just air with water which covered the whole cup in soda and forced soda out everywhere, which made the filling up process also very long which created a line of people, which also had the same problem with the soda fountain and had soda everywhere. Once I started eating, I swear I almost threw up when I tried the chicken. It was ABSOLUTELY BURNED AND HARD AS A ROCK. It tasted like tree bark, that was also burned before prior to eating. My girlfriend and I frequent this location and have never had an issue before. On this particular day, we decided to place an order through postmates (a food delivery service) being that it was raining, and we were both tired from our busy work days. The food we received was delicious...but...our issue was with the amount of food received. Like I said, we frequently visit this location and have always been ok with paying about $12 for a bowl because it always seems we get our money's worth. This time was different. I mean, I could see empty sides on both sides of their oval bowls. I called this location and asked if they were running low on ingredients as this was not usual of our Chipotle experience.
