Today 6/24/2023 at 12:30 pm walking at this location and the first communication tores me as a customer was ( what's up u could order u self trough the machine) try to coach the young kid with good attitude and his response was (I'm going to learn on my own time) I just left the store for so rude and unrespectful ,customer that was coming out from the same store approach me to tell me how loud and Getto they was talking before I got there.SMH Who training this new employees, supervisor who are u? 0 stars!!! They are rude and disrespectful people. When I ordered I asked for 20 tacos with NO LETTUCE!! I said that at least 5 times maybe more. So after waiting 15 to 20 mins I check the food and they all have lettuce!! I returned them and asked to be fixed. The girl who is the “manager “ rolls her eyes and gets mad because of their mistake. So I wait 20 more mins and ask how much longer, only to be told by the same “manager “ that they hadn’t even started working on my order that they have other orders ahead. So normally this is a good taco bell and has great customer service, however, tonight, 09/28/21, this had to be the worst taco bell food service I had in a long time; in years. First, the oil they fry or cook in was dirty and you can literally taste and smell the paint like aroma from it. This instantly upset my wife and I stomachs. Next, the food had literally NO meat on any Tacos, just a bunch of vegetables. If I wanted a Taco Salad I could've have just ordered one. Lastly, they got our order wrong when literally we were the only people there that night and the cashier read it back to me. I like this Taco Bell but it's going to be a minute until I come back.
