My first experience at this location was disappointing. The cashier, a man who wore glasses, was extremely rude. While I was selecting juices and food, he seemed annoyed with me. Normally, I visit the Silverlake location, and I wanted to redeem points (which I had just started using). After paying, the screen prompted me to redeem 1 free juice, which I selected. However, the cashier said nothing and allowed me to use my points while still charging me. I realized this later at home and didn't want to return since I'm not from Pasadena. It's frustrating that he didn't inform me that I wouldn't get the juice for free after redeeming points. This experience has made me decide never to return. Additionally, despite buying 6 juices, he gave me 2 small bags instead of one big one, which felt unnecessary. It's disappointing when staff take out their frustrations on customers. They should appreciate their jobs. Overall, it was the worst service I've ever...

I went on Saturday morning sound 10 am to pick up a few things and order coffee and smoothies for my family. The male at the cash register was very unwelcoming and seemed annoyed we were even there. You could tell that they had people in training making the smoothies and coffee (not a problem) but when the trainee’s were asking for help, the man at the registered seemed annoyed and unhelpful.

We were there for 40 minutes waiting for our smoothies and coffee, one was iced and one was hot. By the time we got our smoothies the coffee ice had melted and the coffee was look warm. No recognition that they took so long, no apology nothing. Seeing this place have a 4.3 isn’t surprising if this is the kind of service...

The smoothie I got was good. This was my first time coming to this place and I won’t be back to this location at all ! There was 5 people working, the woman that took my order was in a mood and it took 35 minutes for them to make my smoothie. I would understand if they were short staffed or gave me a heads up but they didn’t care to acknowledge that I was there waiting !! Some guy ordered after me and got his 2 drinks before I got mine . I asked where mine was at and they brought it out of the fridge ? Made no sense at all. I didn’t receive an apology for having to wait and I called to speak to manager and she was on break . I would not be coming back here at all. Horrible horrible first...
