I've been coming to this McDonald's for as long as 15 plus years in the beginning they were okay they sometimes mess up the order but nothing too major that can't be fixed. But for the past four years, apparently this establishment has not cared for the least bit of selecting proper managing personnel and employees. I know that they have to be fast on serving the food to meet a certain time limit to serve the order but that shouldn't mean at the cost of serving its customers raw food and not care when confronted about this situation. I have gone through the drive through a few times and every time I either order a hamburger with a meat patty they never fully cook the meat patty all the way through there's always raw meat.
August 14th 2020, 8:45 p.m. I have went to the drive-thru today to order 4 sandwiches, three of them were the hot spicy chicken sandwiches which were made correctly, and the four th sandwich was a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese. When I had bitten into the hamburger it tasted very unpleasant, upon looking at them meat patty I noticed that the inside was not at all cooked, in fact the meat was still very cold on the inside. Judging from how the cook at the establishment made the meat was the fact that they set it on the grill and only cook the outside of it making it seem like it was ready not checking the meat making sure it was ready to be served properly. I had tried calling the establishment three times before making my way down there hoping I can resolve the situation over the phone, when I had made three phone calls with no answer whatsoever I decided to drive back to the establishment which is a 10-minute drive one way. When upon reaching the establishment I had asked for a manager/person in charge and notified The employee about the situation but it seemed to me that the employee did not care and after I explained what the consequences could be if they choose not to care about their customer situation. The manager seemed to not really fully grasp the situation at hand instead of asking if there was anything that they can do to resolve the situation I was given a blank stare and after a good 3-second silence I had stated I just wanted the refund for the burger even though I had paid for an entire meal. I had received the refund but was told that it would take up to 3 days to receive my money back from it. Overall this establishment is not really a trustworthy place to purchase its meat patties, my suggestion is to purchase anything other than the McDoubles or any sandwich that contains meat due to the fact that you would probably be a highly factor that you would...
Read moreWent to this McDonalds and I pulled in right after this little Nissan did and he didn't stop to order at the box he just went straight to the window and when I pulled up he was standing outside of his car at the window talking to an employee inside. He didn't pay but he was brought a milkshake and then he got back in his car, closed his door and sat there for about 5 more minutes and then the employee brought him a bag of food and they shook hands and the guy left. I understand if he was getting food from a friend or something that's fine and all but pull him up and take care of the paying customers. And all while this is going on the lady in the picture was outside talking to a guy from waffle house in the parking lot. When I finally got to the window I sat there for another 5 minutes and then I decided to call because I could see that same lady standing in there on her phone for a while. When I called she answered immediately and I explained that I had been at the window for a while and she looked at the window at me and rolled her eyes and said "yeah I'm working on it." She hung up the phone, turned around and proceeded to complain to the other employee and right after that she had another employee bring me the food. If you want to be on your phone at work, that's fine just make sure you're not ignoring your customers. And then when the customer calls you out on it, don't act like I'm being outrageous. Read moreI went to this McDonald’s at 8:40 pm for a doordash order on 01/20/2021 and the order was said to be picked up at 8:40 pm which I was there on time for the order to be picked up. When I pulled up to the second window it took them 2 minutes before anyone even came up to the window to ask what I had, then once asked told me to pull up to spot 1, and the order will be right out. When I asked her why it still wasn’t ready when it was only one quarter pound meal, she just said yeah it’ll be right out. I then pull up my Doordash app and showed her it said it would be ready by 8:40 pm and she said I know we’re working on it. So I pull up, however there are two Doordash orders just sitting on the counter, so I walk inside the store and what do I see my order sitting right there ready, still couldn’t get anyone’s attention in the store so I walk behind the counter and grab my food, no one notices until I’m walking out the door with my order. Shows how little attention these employees pay to their customers. So why would the women in the drive thru say my order wasn’t ready when it was sitting there. Why are McDonald’s employees lying to customers and when I called to speak to the manger I was basically called a liar. Worst McDonald in the Pasadena area.
