I'm contacting you to express my extreme dissatisfaction—and frankly, disbelief—over what should have been a routine food delivery but instead turned into a comically unacceptable experience. The order in question was placed through DoorDash from McDonald’s on August 3, 2025 at 2:18 AM, and it was a complete failure in terms of accuracy, quality control, and customer respect.
Let me be blunt: this was one of the worst fast-food delivery experiences I’ve ever had.
🔴 THE ISSUES – INEXCUSABLE AND INFURIATING Let’s get into the facts:
FIVE (5) Chicken Nuggets Missing I ordered a 40-piece Chicken McNugget box, and received only 35. Yes, I counted—twice. That is over 12% of the order gone. That’s not a small mistake. That’s an entire snack portion missing.
Are nuggets just falling through the cracks at McDonald’s now? Or is someone skimming them before they even leave the store? Either way, someone didn’t do their job—and it shouldn’t be my responsibility to chase down the food I already paid for.
NO CONDIMENTS INCLUDED – Less Then Half Despite taking the time to select specific sauces during the ordering process (as clearly shown on the app and receipt), not a single sauce made it into the bag. No BBQ. No honey mustard. No Mayo. No Hot Picante.
What am I supposed to do with 35 plain, dry nuggets at 2:30 in the morning? Why does the option even exist in the app if the store is going to completely ignore it? This isn’t a luxury—it’s a basic expectation of service. This completely ruined the meal.
Lack of Quality Control, Communication, and Accountability There was no sticker sealing the bag, no item checklist, no notice that anything was out of stock or left out. It just arrived incomplete and unannounced. This suggests a total breakdown in process—either at the McDonald’s location or in how DoorDash handles these deliveries.
This isn’t the first time I've had minor issues, but this was on another level. Missing items, zero communication, and no effort to make it right.
💵 I PAID FOR A FULL ORDER — THIS ISN’T ACCEPTABLE This was not a small or cheap order. I paid real money for a full 40-piece nugget box, with condiments, delivery fees, service charges, and a tip—and what I received was incomplete, sloppy, and borderline negligent.
I’m not just upset about the missing food. I’m upset that there is no system in place to catch or correct such a blatant failure before the customer ends up stuck with it. And I’m tired of having to constantly double-check and contact support over things that should be handled right the first time.

A partial or full refund for the missing items and ruined experience
Credit or compensation through DoorDash or McDonald’s app for the inconvenience
An investigation into why these mistakes happened and how they will be prevented in the future
An actual response from a real human, not a copy-paste bot reply
This order didn’t just disappoint—it showed a total disregard for the customer. I gave both companies my money and trust, and got a broken, incomplete product in return. It’s unacceptable.

I went in on 5/27/18 and i have a special coffee order that i order due to a medical condition and it has always been okay at my local McDonalds and had been for the week I was there until this day. As I was ordering the person taking my order (Brian) told me that my order could not be done due to cross contamination ... the order btw was a large french vanilla ice coffee... no ice (because it takes me all day to drink this) and a quarter of a cup of creamer as to lesson the acidity of the coffee... well this person said that would be cross contamination to do that... me having done this order for the past 5 years knew better. you pour the creamer in the bottom of the cup then add the coffee to the top ... hence no cross contamination issue... he told me he had to clear it through his manager and i said go ahead... waited like 3 min till he came back and just told me the total and to move forward...when i got to the first pay window guess who was standing there ... BRIAN... he again belittled me that this was not acceptable at this restaurant and that this could not continue but that he was going to double check with the manager... well today 5/28/18 i called the manager (Selvin) myself and told him the whole story ...and he was WONDERFUL!!! he apologized for the experience i had and promised that it would be taken care of and that from now on we could use their location for our special order ... that McDonalds would do any special order if a customer asked and it wasnt something outlandish ... so I would recommend this location just because they are quick to fix any problem you...

Placed an order through the app. Arrived at the drive thru and had to wait 15 minutes before anyone said anything over the speaker. When I pulled up to receive the drinks and food I ordered they asked me to drive forward to wait for my food. Waited 30 minutes and saw everyone after me get served their food. Went inside to see what was up. They said they would get the manager but I insisted they just give me the food I had been waiting for. They finally hand me COLD burgers and fries. I asked for a refund and left because at that point I had already waited nearly AN HOUR at this "fast food" establishment. There was no urgency nor hospitality.
