Well, I haven't been here in about 40 years and it's kind of interesting when you come back after so long. In a way, it looks very similar, especially the courtyard. I really like the building that it's in as it is so old that you can see generations of improvements on it. The drinking is another story. You should always buy alcohol when you go to a bar like this especially listening to music but the night I went they ran out of any decent beer and so experience was less than optimal. Read moreI don't think I ever reviewed this place but I should - it's where I got married 8 years ago today! The best bartender in the world, Nikki , introduced us to the place and after spending some time there as bar-flys it worked out that we had our wedding there. Still stands as one of the most fun days of my life. I am so happy that it seems the pub is still going strong - especially now during the pandemic. Read moreLots of history here... they've cleaned up some of the clutter but some important artifacts remain, like the Loch Ness Monster on the ceiling and the Snotty Scotty & the Hankies album behind the bar.
