I wish I could give this place a negative. We always have issues with them messing our order up, that’s whatever, I mean I want my food how I order it.. I am paying for it after all.. but they are so rude everytime I call. They make snide comments while hanging up on multiple occupations and tonight has crossed the line. Their manager decided to call me on her personal phone after they had already closed for reasons un known. I called her back asking why they had called me because she had hung up on me before when my card was declined before I could give her another card number, that’s when she said really and hung up the phone. 13 minutes later decided to call me on her personal and I asked why she is calling and she then said that I had wanted to pay cash. First off if I had said cash then wouldn’t they have delivered my pizza to my door and then asked for the money like any other time? I didn’t understand why she had called me. I am bothered that she took a customers number down and called me off her personal phone. (After they had closed, and gave me a bs excuse as to why she called me on her personal when I asked). Read moreOrdered pizza through the Pappa John’s app was told it would take 25-31 min for delivery it has been an Hour and half and still nothing. When I went to track my order it showed it was barely being made. When I called in to speak with someone I spoke to Jessica the “manager” who was not very helpful or courteous. When I informed her of the fact it should have been delivered over an hour ago her response was she does not set that time and she is short on drivers and could not tell me when they will deliver it at all. That if I did not like that she can cancel my order and refund my money in 3- 4 business days. At this point I was irate and wanted to speak to her direct manager she said to call corporate. So I asked for the area manager she informed me they were a franchise branch. In that case I asked to speak to the owner and his name. She only provide a first name of Zee and did not give a last name because she is not allowed to give out personal information? This location has been getting worse and worse the pizza is good but I recommend going somewhere else, they do not know how to treat their customers nor do they care or know how to resolve issues. But decided to download the app. And got more understanding using the app. I'm actually erasing the app and having tosdatas tonight. To me and in my own opinion. Papa John's where is the deal? I called up your store and regular pizzas are 12.99 and when you want the "Texans" special the pizzas go up to 17.99. lol. Really. This is exactly why I haven't had papas in 5 years.
