This location has the laziest staff.
I ordered online for drive through pickup just to be told that I have to park and come inside to pickup a drive through order. - I canceled the entire order and went to KFC instead.
Two months later, I tried to give them another chance and today they failed me again. I went through the drive-through ordered $30 worth of food. No one tried to upsell me any new menu items. I just so happened to see it as I pulled off. When I got to the front, I asked if they could replace one item that I ordered and they told me I would have to go back around through the drive through and start my order from scratch. Keep in mind there was nobody in the drive-through or at the menu. I was the only person in the drive-thru line at this location.
And just like I did before I left and went to KFC plus they are much cheaper. There are better Popeyes around that actually taste like Louisiana Popeyes chicken. Skip this location because this...

Read moreHorrible Experience, showed up 15min after order time, there was a line at the drive thru which was ok for me. Told them pick up and gave name, they say to drive up to the window. Once at the window, they tried to charge me, I said paid online and gave my name again. They say that order has been picked up, I ask how if I’ve been in line and literally no one else can pick it up aside from me(two under age children at the home). Offered to give ID and time stamp of me leaving my home because they kept telling me it’s been picked up. After a while they finally agreed to give me my order but after telling them there were items missing, they kept stating they were in the bag. Decided to leave to avoid confrontation.
