Walmart Supercenter — Restaurant in Pasadena

Out of 24 lanes of checkout, only 2 were open. There were 2 lines that reaches from one side of the building to the next. It literally takes up to 30 to 45 min. just to get checked out. What is the point of having 24 registers when only 8 are open at the busiest times?! All of the strawberries were moldy including one that was completely covered in mold at the bottom of the stack contaminating all the rest. People that work there see people with 40 to 50 items in the express 20 lane and do nothing. Greeters are supposed to greet, not act as unpaid security and check peoples receipts. That's what security is for. They don't get paid to be security. I've even seen to security act as greeters. Every single basket either has stuck wheels or shake so much that if you place a 24 pack of sodas in the basket that once you get home they explode due to all the shaking from the messed up wheels. The bank plays music so loud it sounds more like a club than a business. There is a plastic barrier before getting your basket that is so filthy and moldy that you literally see the grime rubbing off the plastic and onto customers clothes. Disgusting. Old cheese with mold that being replace and food cooked and sandwiches in the deli the day before are still on sale the next day. Stale food is disgusting. You need to learn Spanish because most workers that you ask for help from don't know English. Good luck returning anything there, the policies to return anything makes it nearly impossible to return anything. Good luck looking for the list of policies for return, its in fine print on the desk and not somewhere where most people can see. They change more times than most primary school kids can count. They shut down one of there entrances after dark without any signs or notices that any newcomers or unsuspecting people that come, look like fools walking to or into self opening lock doors. Then they take the walk of shame through a smokers paradise of Walmart employees giving strangers that might have asthma or lung cancer a good dose of second hand smoking. Good luck complaining to any management there. They don't give a damn if you complain. They just sit there and act as if they are listening to your problems. I would never recommend this Walmart to anybody. It is pathetic, mismanaged, has unprofessional workers, and disgusting health conditions. I'm surprised it's still open. Then again, the Pasadena Government probably doesn't care as long as they got money in...

So yesterday, at about 6 o'clock, I saw what I thought to be a small bird flying low in the meat department of Walmart Supercenter on Shaver at Southmore in Pasadena, TX. Upon studying what specimen this may be. I noticed it never stopped flapping its wings. This is the moment when I realized this was MOST DEFINETELY A BAT flying around next to the bacon and fresh, ready to eat foods. So I go to inform the manager of what I've seen, when they reply simply, "we know, we've seen it too." I continued shopping and then heard a couple children gasp, "there it is! they can bite you." I looked back towards them and said, "yeah, and they can get you sick too." this is when I grabbed a broom swung once and missed, second swing was a direct hit, killing it instantly right there in the raw beef section of the store. The very same manager I had spoken to earlier just happened to be walking up the aisle and was made aware of what had happened and I couldn't tell you what the disposal situation of the carcass was, due to leaving the scene to pay for what I had gone to the store to get in the first place. When my total was rung up I had paid all but roughly $30 and waited for, again, the very same manager to walk up. We had a discussion as to whether i should be compensated, I had only requested the further unpaid balance of my total (30 dollars) and id stay quiet on the situation. He called his district manager, which took around 15 minutes at least. Finally told me "no, we have procedures for this type of situation and do not give rewards out for something like this.

I think if I'm not mistaken there was just supposed to be a bunch of people that just died in Africa, only like a week ago, from eating some bat contaminated food. This creature was flying around primarily in the raw foods department of the store for however long before I got there and did something about it. I wonder if it was the only one in the store? Or what other critters may be lurking in...

We decided to come shopping here for baby clothes and shoes for a quick emergency visit to go out of town for a sick family member and we noticed we were being followed by a white balding man that kept his phone up to his ear while following us around for 15 mins I thought he was videoing me and my son at this point I think he is trying to traffic us and taking video to show other people. My sister then decides to take her phone out and take a video of him and he runs to the front where there is the security door and a female comes out and does the exact same thing with the phone to the ear. We go to talk to a team leader and she said that he was on another “mission” so it was actually their “security” following us. We take the issue up to the store manager store manager Jarvus and says that he can’t do anything and dismissed any fault to him being a creep. The entire time they were following us there was a group of about 5 grown men walking around the entire store playing with items and pretending they were shopping and they weren’t being followed but 2 women and a baby being followed by a man was fine. We decided to return more than $100 worth of items because they didn’t care to hear our story and tried to hide everything. The security team is trash if a regular customer can call you out and notice you. So if you want to get harassed and be followed through the store then definitely come to this store. But don’t expect for anybody to help you if you are ever trying to get help for someone being a creep and possibly being able to traffic you. Your best bet...
