CRAZY BOSS @ PASADENA, TX — Local services in Pasadena

(I heard of employess being asked to post a review & a % off discount was offered to me as well as other customers that were present in exchange of a review but it did not sway MY rating.)

I liked this store because I can find very nice semi formal dresses at very low prices that cant be beat anywhere else and they often have additonal discounts of additional 30 or 50% off on certain items etc... I don't like that you can't have the clothing on the mannequin as it's often obviously some of the more appealing clothing & there is more than likely not another set of those exact clothes. Everything is inexpensive but not particularly a store catered for men ... (Previously 4 stars) Update: Bought to identical items one priced for half of what the other was and asked if I could get them both for the half price (I had already bought the same item a week before that was marked as the half price) & she asked somebody who told her no they were marked wrong then proceeded to charge me the higher price for both so didn't honer the price tag even though I had previously bought one & seen the rest of the items half price... It's getting old that you can't buy the stuff on the mannequin just because they can't be bothered with dressing it again... They have a fitting room now though so that's a plus but everything is starting to look the same & the dresses seem to be...

Security guard was really rude. Kept telling us the workers are waiting on us even though it wasn’t 9pm yet. Then tried to take my cart full of stuff to move it to the front when yet again it was not even 9pm yet. I had my purse in the cart as well so for him to try and take it is freaking ridiculous.

Also don’t believe the positive reviews, they offer you a discount at the register if you a post review.

Don’t believe the “50% entire store” they price gouged everything to make it double the actually price so it looks like you’re...

We used to always come here, the prices have gone up like the major stores and its supposed to be a discount store so it makes no sense to come here anymore. I have an elderly 73 yr old aunt that needed to go to the restroom bad and they wouldn't make an exception knowing she could of peed her pants. That's sad, any rule can be bent depending the circumstances. No rule is etched in stone, especially when it comes to showing sympathy. We won't go back, along with many others. You can find cheaper prices, bigger name...
