Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Pasadena

This place is about as terrible as they come. I walked in and there’s a young girl and a dude in the cooking area, girl doesn’t really look like she’s doing anything the young man (African American) seems to be trying his hardest to handle all the orders and is working hard there’s an individual (Latino) who’s handling the pizzas and food after they are done cooking and he’s working really hard the only problem is he seems so lost and his managing of his assignment is terrible. None of the pizzas are organized some are missing items and some older delivery guy is making him even worst by not helping and just provoking him and making him probably feel terrible for not being efficient at his assignment. The delivery guy just leaves without helping anyone, when I asked the young girl if she could help me with my pick up she ignored me. There were four other people waiting for pick ups all stating we’re ready. I had to literally go and read the names grab my items grab my ranch and leave because I was being ignored. This is after me waiting 15 mins and watching everyone do nothing. The pizza ended up being subpar at best. I’m sure with training everyone could have this place running good but it truly...

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a simple cheese, and pepperoni pizza and original bread sticks for delivery. They sent the wrong pizza not once but twice. I wouldn’t have minded but I have a son who has autism and he would not eat it. The first time we got the delivery it was not only wrong but it was cold and the cheese looked hard like it had been sitting for a while. The bread sticks were tiny and hard because they were so small. The person who I spoke with on the phone the first time I called to tell them my order was wrong confirmed my order and the second time I called he said he made it himself. It’s been 2 hrs and I still have yet to get the correct order. It’s on the ticket which pizzas we wanted because we made the order online. How hard is it to read the ticket even after I called to mention we didn’t get what we ordered. They do not pay attention to their customers and it shows. Didn’t offer any refund or credit for the inconvenience, and the situation was handled...
