So I have a friend who frequently visits this store. She usually likes going in because most of the staff is interactive and friendly to her, plus she likes the ambience. That's the only reason I'm giving this place a 3. Today though was a different story. She walked in and greeted some older lady, mid 30s maybe, possibly older. Her name is Antoinette. Antoinette just completely ignored her. My friend thought maybe we just didn't hear her. When my friend was finally ready to check out, the older lady, Antoinette, was so rude. Did not even smile once. Did not offer or give her a receipt, or even offer a bag. After the transaction, the lady didn't even say bye or anything, simply dismissed my friend by yelling "next!" This might not seem like a big deal, but a pricier place such as this store should at least have less rude employees. Also, other people that work there have their customer service on point so she should really know better. If you ever come here, I recommend trying...

Selection is good, although now, just about every craft beer is refrigerated. They used to have a better selection. The lower score is simply for their lack of customer service and friendliness. The guy behind the counter was just really unfriendly. He can’t say, “did you find everything you were looking for?” or “thank you”. I asked about two different products, one a type of product and the other from a specific brewery. Twice, a flat, rude “no” was all I got. i was there today afternoon trying to buy the best staff for my guest . there were tequilas on the floor no price, i asked one of the employees to help me he stood by the door told me to go get the item. am i going to put every single drink that i want in the cart and bring it over or if i dont want that item am i going to roll the cart and put back where they belong. this is not the first time. bad very bad costumer service . i came out of there and i am not shopping from your stores again i got my staff from super king in Altadena and better...
