A while back I came in to get my phone fixed, the store owner was on vacation so a temporary employee was there, I paid $20 deposit for him to order the replacement parts, came back a few days later cause they said the parts are in and I can come drop off my phone. When I came, the owner was back and found out that the temp employee ordered the wrong parts, the owner was kind enough to find a quick fix. He ended up finding spare replacement parts for my phone and did it for no additional charge, THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Many storefronts pay for reviews but I can assure you that the quality of service and integrity of this storefront is genuine. If you are looking for reasonable prices, quality service, products fixed in a timely manner, good communication, and honesty, this is the store. I have never written a review but the service provided here was so good that I just had to put a review so others may find this helpful. Harry is the BEST! He listens and understands the difficulties between us (the consumers) and the mobile companies! He gets ur service back in order, and does it all before u can comprehend what the issue was! Sound worrisome? Don't worry - Harry has GREAT communication skills... I was recently in Pasadena touring Fuller Theological Seminary with a friend.
