We come to this place to pickup fresh raw meat to cook for our family gatherings. This time we called to put in the order for my dad's birthday and to our surprise they had cooked the meat!...? Huh? We always order in advance to make sure it's not sold out and get it raw so we can cook it at home, this time they had the audacity to call us all liars and say we asked for it cooked!!! He even said he asked twice!!!!! Not true! Maybe he confused us with another guest since it was lunchtime but my mom and dad are NOT liars. Family owned business for over 30 years. Harry was genuinely friendly, provided excellent customer service. He has helped in their market since he was a kid so he is truly knowledgeable of their products. The marinated meats I purchased were fresh and delicious. They can cook the meat for you for minimal cost. They also cater but they do not deliver so you will need to pick up the food. Harry provided information on spices and other products. Owners are Great and their products are top notch. I drove from Whittier to purchase meat, grape leaves, cheese, and even bought mesquite charcoal.
