Starbucks — Restaurant in Pasadena

I actually like this Starbucks a lot, so I was surprised when I got a mushy, old banana in my to-go order today. Next time, please just say that you’re out. Thank you!

Update: I was feeling petty about leaving a review on a banana, so it seemed like the only option was to double down....

This banana was so mushy... It looked like it had been stepped on, sat on, and drop kicked. It looked like it had gone 3 rounds with Mike Tyson in a money fight. It looked like it was ordered from Wish. It looked like it was an old, petrified banana from the Mesozoic Era that had been defrosted and re-hydrated. This banana looked like a great-great-grandma banana with a lot of wisdom to bestow on today's youth. It looked like it was used for batting practice, golfing practice, and target practice. Banana looked like it had survived three world wars. Looked like it jumped out of a plane without a parachute.

Not sure where that banana is now... threw it away after the first post, but I have a feeling that it's still out there somewhere living an adventurous, ol' bruised...

It was three people waiting in line one guy was busy worrying about stocking coffee out on the center of the store while the other girl that was working there was doing all the work including the mobile orders and the people that walked up. He should have stopped and helped serve the people that were waiting in line or helped her. I was just kind of annoyed that he just walked by everybody took care of his stuff out there loading up the front of the store instead of helping getting those three customers served. If I was a manager there I'll be writing that person up for not helping getting the customer served rather than...

This starbucks is very slow and sometimes rude...and the recent renovation was not an improvement...I am a Starbucks addict...so I have been to many from the East coast to the West coast...they took away most of the indoor seating and they took away the dining room...and gave the space to the employees but its just as slow...you can not sit inside and enjoy your coffee with your laptop...or have a first date with someone you met online!! It's just an assembly line...bad move people! Tempe, Scottsdale, and Chandler have actual...
