I wish there was zero star,I wouldāve chosen zeroš The employees are not friendly at all. They try to rush you and not knowledgeable about their products. I had a HAIR š±in my first bite of my sandwich that made me gag (immediately I notified the employee and showed her the hair)and I had to spit all out and throw my sandwich in trash behind me after I told the employee (with no hair net ),and name tag faded and her name starts with K that is not readable. I was told rudely to get the sandwich out of the trash in order to get a swap. I was shocked so do the customer waiting in line. I refused to put my hands in trash and offered her to come and take a look in trash and see it. I said why lie about 5$sandwish . I donāt need another sandwich and I just need my receipt to complaint, but her answer was that I can get my receipt from my bankš¤·š¾āāļø. When I asked for a mgr name they said that there is no mgr ,and refused to give me a name. When called to speak that afternoon and spoke to Rene who was the rudest person and wanted to know where I was from(racial discrimination)she claimed is a mgr but refused to give the name of the person I dealt with. Look like they all run the show together and defend each other without taking any responsibility for their actions. I work on the road every day. I eat subway constantly and never experienced this irresponsible actions from any other store. I donāt recommend you eating there. Spend your money at a subway that is not a franchise and where cooperation are in charge. The rest is going to corporate and Pasadena health...
Read moreRude and disrespectful. Went here for a quick lunch with a few of my classmates which one of them wanted a jalapeño bread which the lady loudly huffed and walked into the back came back ask what meat he replied with chicken and she asked what kind of chicken he wanted he asked what kind do you have which she replied with a sarcastic and condescending tone "we have a menu for a reason" and chuckled. Mind you, the so-called "menu" of meat was at the front of the line in a small, unreadable font. When It came to my turn, I asked for a sandwich with rotisserie chicken and cheese she was very stingy with the chicken, so I asked for more, and she once again huffed and gave me another tiny scoop. They were also really stingy on the toppings. If I have to come back for another training in this area, I will gladly take my business else where since my business here is such an inconvenience to the workers that I and my classmates had to be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe color woman that served me was very rude. asked me if I had a cat I don't own a cat. they have servers telling me they're allergic to cats and assuming that I own one making faces like it bothers them how can she make an assumption that I own a cat when I don't I'm pretty sure I'm not the only customer she's done this too I hope not. I wonder how many customers do own cats that walked in Subway all day long it'll make no sense 𤨠if they have people working there that have bad allergies and blaming their allergies on the customers š it's bad business practice I don't get it cuz everybody owns a pet that walks into Subway or any restaurant your pet doesn't even have to be present just owning one causes problems for the server š· oh she don't have to worry about me coming in there upsetting her allergies...
