Taqueria Los Agaves — Restaurant in Pasadena

The worst service I have ever had. My boyfriend and I have gone before and never had any problems. Their food is really good especially if you are looking for a place around pasadena. We went tonight for a late dinner and we were the only customers there and just the two other waitresses. Our waitress was so rude and you can just tell she did not want to be there. When we asked for something like extra chips, she just rolled her eyes and turned quickly. I had to call out several times to get her attention. The whole time they were on their phones and just did not care or even try to do their jobs. When we paid we asked for a box to go and she gave the rudest look, like if we had offended her asking for a box. Point blank they need new waitresses, ones who actually want to work and care about the establishment because with people like that, people are not going to want to go back, customers like us. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I got to for this one. The waitress very nice everything was good until I received my food right away. I can smell my plate and did not have a good smell so I wanted to see why smell as I took a bite off the meat, I can really taste. It was spoiled, and I told the waitress and the waitress took the meat and said that she was gonna take a look at it, and as I was looking at her, looking at the meat, she smelled it as soon as she smelled it, she made a face she straight out, knew it was bad so I really wouldn’t recommend this place and to top it all off my son was eating some chicken breast, and as he took a bite of the chicken breast, a piece of glass came out of the chicken. I was so shocked that me and my son were looking at each other. He cut himself a little bit, but I would not recommend this place at all good service but...

Horrible customer service, horrible food, it’s been months now that food and more than anything the service is beyond horrible. We thought well everyone has bad days and ignored the bad treatment multiple times. But the lady that I think it’s the owner has a horrible attitude she ignores you when you speak to her even after she asks a question she just turns around and rolls her eyes like an immature child. When you call she spends no time making sure of your order and when you try to verify to make sure she has your order correct she hangs up on you. lIt’s been several times we order food to go and when we pick it up the drinks and the food is not packaged properly and the food spills and the drinks also!!
