Katia P. Is an absolute horrible example of costumer service.
I'm the only one in the drive thru. While I pulled up to the drivethru, I didnt pull up fully so I can pull up my app to earn points. That being said, the user interface of the app isn't easy to navigate, but i tried to get to the screen that prompts a code to earn points. Alas, I couldn't find it. I pulled up to the order box to get some help getting to the "code screen". I was asked about earning points on my app, I answered "yes but I need some help getting to the earn points screen". Katia said "just open your app". I had my app open for 5 minutes already and tried to get some direction on said app, only for her to say "open your app". She immediately gave up without any effort and said "just scan your receipt". I knew it was a later issue then proceeded to look at the menu for what I needed for my crew at home. While deciding, Katia had asked 4 different times if I'm ready to order, each time with a more rude and annoyed attitude. No one was ever in the drive thru, in front or behind me. Pulling up to the window, I paid with my scan to pay and wasn't given the "receipt she told me to scan". I asked for an extra water with light ice, she sighed heavy and closed the window. She then returned and gave me my drinks and food super fast. I asked for the receipt only to be met with an accusation of "i gave it to you". No I was never given it... She then went into a rant of how a "timer on the window to get people out" was why she was so rushed. The customer shouldn't know about a timer, nor do the costumer care about a timer. After being given a death glare, I was finally given my receipt then she slammed the window.

Read moreFood and speed of service were good as usual. I come here 1x a month or so and it's always a pleasant or neutral experience, which is all I ask for. Working late night in the food service industry isn't much fun, and I try to be understanding of that. However Perla is very rude and condescending. She did not tell us the freeze we ordered was out, and when we arrived at the window she handed us sodas as I handed her my card. I immediately told her we didn't want the sodas yet she proceeded to charge my card anyways. After charging my card for things I didn't want, she rolled her eyes and said "WHAT" super rudely as I asked if we could get another flavor of freeze since she was out of the ones we had ordered. At my request she subbed one drink for a small half full freeze and then slammed the drive through window closed. I know her job is probably stressful, and she probably hates it, but regardless I just want to be told when they are out of something and offered an alternative rather than charged for something I did not want! And if you work in customer service and are annoyed, then you go vent in the back, don't yell and slam the window in a customer's face. Customers make me mad at work all the time--I get it--but I don't let it show. Plus, the whole situation could have been avoided if she simply had told us when we ordered that they were out of baja blast freezes. She needs a nap, retraining, and an attitude adjustment....or another job. Just saying! Hope she can get it together and start being kind, or else she will have a miserable life...
Read moreI have given this place too many opportunities. Seriously, none of the people who work here care. After multiple incorrect orders through the drive thru, we tried going inside for our next few visits. What a mistake...the people we dealt with at the counter were even worse. We have gotten into the habit of checking our order by actually unwrapping EVERYTHING we order (some removals are requested due to food allergies) and no matter how we say it, no one there seems to understand "NO TOMATOES." When we bring the food back up and let them know (again) that due to a food allergy we need the tomatoes to be removed, we are met with attitudes and frustration. Even orders placed online end up being incorrect.
I worked in the service industry (customer facing) for 10+ years, so I make an effort to be as polite and understanding as possible because I have been there. But seriously, I am tired of throwing my money away here. The lack of care shown by the employees shows a CLEAR lack of involvement and care by management or the owner. Let's be honest here. They don't care because their managers couldn't care less and that comes through in everything this restaurant does.
