So I write this to give thanks to the cashier/associate Lucia . She made a wrong, right . Long story short I order two pizzas online ,my wife picked them up and when arrived home one pizza was burnt . Tried to call no answer ,someone finally pick up before I arrived . Said to bring the pizza back and they would make a fresh one . Not the first time I had something wrong with an order from this location. Had to wait in line , two managers ( ladies) were standing behind the counter and did not acknowledge me or ask if I needed help . Not going to lie I was hangry , Finally when the cashier / service rep asked what can I do , I threw my pizza and told her that it was burnt. She kindly asked if she could remake it for me and I obliged . She kept her cool but my attitude was hostel . She did not deserve this from me but in my mind it was towards the situation . Managers still standing behind the counter let her take it all with no support or even taking the time to present a solution( step in / back up/or even apologize) . Lucia ( the cashier) made sure to get it done right and kept a calm, collective, kind , respectful attitude and never showed any signs of negativity. She kept her poise , kept checking on my remake throughout the time I waited , and was still attending to the new customers that were walking in . Once it was ready , she grabbed it , paused to take the time to address me , and apologized once again for the error . She offered if there was anything else they could do to compensate for the time and mistake . ( offered wings , crazy bread, etc.) I gladly said wings ,gave me options on which ones I would like and was fast on making it right . So I just want to say what great service from this wonderful person to take initiative and make an angry customer happy enough to make this review. Lucia you are awesome , great , and thank you so much :-) . This store needs more employees like her or heck in the company itself . NOT so much like the managers ( two ladies ) that just stood around and did not acknowledge, address , help , step in , or try to resolve my issue . I realized I was upset and took it out on Lucia so yes , I did apologize to her and said, " I'm sorry , you did not deserve my anger. You are great and thank you so much ." She replied with a smile and told me she understood and you're welcome .

Read moreAfter what I experienced today at this establishment it's best if I never step foot in the place again. I'm a regular customer I ordered pizza every day if not every other day. We'll, it seems they have this new guy on board that goes by the name of (JAVIER). Never in my life have I ever been so disappointed with anyone's customer service. My pick up order was ready at 12:06p.m. I went in paid and waited to recieve my pizza like the normal, well things didn't quite happen like they usually do. I moved over to allow the other customers to walk up and recieve there orders as I waited for (JAVIER) to hand me the pizza I ordered online. The cold pizza that had been sitting out on the counter top exposed to the air not even closed up in a box, (JAVIER) tried serving me the pizza. He tried serving me the pizza that had been sitting on the countertop 10mins after i paid. When (JAVIER) tried giving me the pizza I asked him if it was okay if I could please get a fresh pizza. (JAVIER) became upset with me but I still waited patiently despite (JAVIERS) hostility towards me. I waited nearly 30 mins for a pizza I never recieved. There were so many pizza coming out the oven and he placed the stickers on them not once did he try to accommodate my request. So after waiting so long and watching others walk out the restaurant with Hot and Ready pizzas and online orders I felt it was the appropriate time to speak up and ask about my order. (JAVIER) became very baligerent with and said he had to serve others that I should've taken the pizza he tried serving me. So, I just requested my money back. Before leaving I tried speaking to the lady manager about it and she didn't seem to care. I guess it's a case of sticking with one another. I asked the lady manager what happened why wouldn't he serve me a fresh pizza, she looked at me then looked at him and walked off. God sits very high and looks down very low. Becareful how you treat people, whatever you put out you get back. The Bible clearly states you will reap what you sow. (JAVIER) is serving customers COLD and READY pizzas. Read moreSo this place wasn't the worst but certainly not the best. Service was alright, little slow but the waiting wasn't too long for my order. Another location, closer to where I live does have a long wait more times than not but this location wasnt as bad on the waiting part. I'm not so sure that was good thing. I ordered 3 large hot n ready and I had no wait time meaning they had them ready. So I take the pizza home and first off they were completely stale like they'd been there for while so the taste was taken as well. On top of that they did not cut them deep enough; it was to the point where you just grab one slice and the whole pizza goes with you. The other location does make you wait but every time their pizza is always fresh and hot and ready! Would I come back here, again?
