Alright where do I start. Husband and I went in to place our order to go. Ordered a 12 piece family meal, extra crispy, curds, fries, and a large freeze. Paid a little over $65.00. Told it was a 12 minute wait for the chicken. No problem. But then apparently their receipt printer is broken so we have no proof of our order. We sat and waited, and waited, and waited while watching everyone else coming and going. At 36 minutes we went up and inquired about our order. "Umm what did you order?". We tell her and she can't find it by name. She had to look it up based on the amount we paid. Tells us it will be 5 minutes. At this moment my hubby was so hungry I was worried he would go join another family and eat their food. Finally they have our order ready. Missing my freeze. Ask for that then we head home. Fries were half filled (large) and barely warm.. Curds were lukewarm. The coleslaw was under the potatoes gravy and chicken so it was warm. The chicken that was supposed to be extra crispy was baked maybe....slimy, grey, and chewy? I don't even know. What i do know is that 65.00 we could have gone and had a nice sit down meal somewhere and it would have been edible. I would hope. What i do know is I'm sick of getting crap food that costs half of what we spend in groceries...
Read moreI come here frequently, because it's close to where I work, and almost every time I go, something gets messed up. I'm a patient person and will either let it go, or politely ask for it to be fixed, but this last time was inexcusable. I got their new chicken nugget combo and some cheese curds. They said that the cheese curds would take about five minutes, which was no problem. The guy at the window hands me my drink, which is the wrong size, and before I can ask for it to be fixed, he tells me to park in one of the spots to wait for my food and then walks away. I let it go and park in front of the restaurant, waiting for my food. It takes closer to 15 minutes, and when I finally get my food, I realize it's not my order. I ask the lady who brought it out to me and she goes back inside. I wait another 10 minutes, my lunch break is almost over, and she finally brings my food out and tells me she double checked it. I'm in a hurry so I leave, and when I'm finally able to sit down and eat, I realize that I was given mini corndogs instead of chicken, the wrong side, and my cheese curds were so overcooked, they were hollow inside and dark brown. I tried calling the restaurant multiple time, they never picked up. Very unhappy. Spend your money anywhere else but this...
Read moreI placed an order online. I then waited 20 minutes outside in my vehicle until the app told me my order was ready. I proceeded to go inside the store to get my order, but the employee told me it would take another 20 minutes for chicken to be ready. I said "That's fine, I'll wait." 20 more minutes passed and I asked if my order was ready. It was not. I asked how much longer and they told me another 10 minutes. At that point I had been waiting way too long. I asked for the manager and the shift manager came out. I asked if I could get a refund and she told me refunds have to be done online. I asked how much longer on my order and she said "2 more minutes". I waited another 10 minutes until my order came out. It took this store almost an entire hour to make a 16-piece family meal. The frustrating part about this is that customers in both the lobby and drive-thru were getting their orders before I was, when I had placed my order way ahead of time. I'm not surprised with this bad experience I had at this store because it is not the first bad experience I've had here. Our family avoids this store for a few reasons but last night we wanted to give them another chance to do it right. And they failed. We will definitely never purchase anything from this...
