A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Pasco

I had a long day at work and when I got home, hubby was disappointed I hadn't texted if he wanted anything before I came home at 10pm. So we decided to go back out after dropping my work stuff inside. I grabbed the coupons I had on the fridge. On top was A&W, sounded great, but wasn't sure there'd be one open at 1030pm on a Thursday. Google said there was 1 open until midnight, all the way across Tri-cities in Paso, when we live in West Richland. It's about a 20ish minutes drive. We figured if the times on Google was wrong we'd just find another fast food place nearby. I just wanted something different than what we normally get when I work nights and get fast food. When we pulled up, there was only a couple cars in the parking lot and all the lights were on in the resteraunt. It didnt look like anyone was in the dining room eating, so we figured the cars were probably emoyees. We got there right at 11pm, which is an hour before they close, nowhere near "last minute". The guy on the speaker seemed happy and polite. Unfortunately one of the one things I wanted, the new strawberry watermelon cream freeze, was said to be out. I was sad, but got a large root beer float instead. Everything else we ordered sounded ro be perfectly fine, we were going to have to wait 4ish minutes for my cheese curds, but I'm always willing to wait for those. So we pull up and the cashier repeats everything back to us before we pay. And then immediately get our drinks, with straws, but no spoon for my float. We didn't get a receipt after paying either. He also asked for us to pull around front to wait for our order to get done. Before we left the window I asked for fry sauce in our bag please. It didn't take long for our order at all. Probably the 4ish minutes. Someone else brought our order out. It was a full bag and right on top was my box of corn nuggets and the fry sauce. We didn't dig too much into our bag to check it as it felt like it should all be there. My husband had some fries ans they were hot, likely fresh, but stl not the best fries. Kind of soggyish. There was no receipt in our on our bag either. As were about to leave, the young man that brought our food out to us, started being dramatic about the front doors being locked ans him not being able to get inside again. He pulled and banged on the doors a few times. This was very childish. Also, the manager or night crew supervisor was outside by their vehicle and had a side/back door propped open, that was easily visible. So the hysterics was unnecessary. About 5 miles to our house I start digging for the cheese curds that we waited for. My heart sinks, there are no cheese curds in the bag. Just 2 small fries. I felt stupid for. Ot checking before we left, but just shrugged and figured I'd call the resteraunt when we got home and hope to be able to pick them up another time. Though I'm pretty sure they had the cheese curds on the order as it was said and repeated back to us, at wast 3 times, I didn't even have a receipt to look back on and double check. So I called when we got inside and the line was busy. I called over and over again in a few minute increments up until 10 minutes to midnight, 10 minutes before they were supposed to close. Every time was a busy signal. And then as my husband began eating his food, he discovered the double papa burger he had ordered was a mess and as he bit into it, it was quite spicy. He did not order a spicy double papa burger. He doesn't do great with spice either. He was only able to stomach eating about half of it, if that. I am very disappointed and sad about the service and food we did and didn't receive. It seemed like we'd be fine when we ordered and even at the window, unfortunately it was down hill from there. And I couldn't even get anything but a busy signal to make a complaint. And we have no receipt either. Sad, disappointing night, when all I wanted was a nice, relaxing treat and comfort food after a long day at work and hubby just wanted to be able to eat and couldn't even do that for his main part of his...

Ordered a mac and cheese bowl & corn dog nuggets. I was told they would take over 5 minutes to cook nuggets and was parked out front. When my food was brought out I asked if everything was there including the ketchup and the guy pretty much just threw the bag at me and walked off so I headed back to the hotel only to find out pretty much everything about my order was wrong. Wrong meal no silverware to eat a mac and cheese bowl. I asked for ketchup when I ordered yet there was no ketchup, utensils or napkins. I called and asked for a manager. The guy on the phone would not transfer me to a manager simply said they'd write my name down and just hand out food the next time I came in. I asked for a manager again once again he said "all we can do is write down your name" they were not interested in solving the problem just getting me off the phone. Your manager was never reached as requested. Horrible customer service!! This turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had recently and if you look at my reviews and I do a lot of them this would be clearly near the very bottom people acting like they are too busy and wanted to be everywhere but serving customers. I'll be loud about this one...

If I could give negative stars, I would. First we had to repeat our order 3 times at the order box, twice at the window and once when the guy came out in the parking lot to see what we had. We paid at 815pm.... there were SIX customers who came through the drive thru after us all that got their food before us. We were told after we paid that it would take 4 minutes for the chicken for the sandwich to cook. After sitting outside patiently waiting, at 848 I went inside. I was not greeted at all by any of the staff. The female who brought the food to us was not apologetic at all for our wait. She was combative with me when I asked where our food was. She rudely said "I told you it would take 4 minutes for your chicken to cook" but we were waiting for 33 minutes. I pointed that out and that they had helped at least 6 customers who all came way after us, to which she replied "well here's your order" our drinks weren't there, so I pointed that out. She rudely retrieved them for me... they were only 3/4 of the way full. No kindness offered, no apology offered...just rude service, a huge wait, and our food is...
