Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Pasco

Update: you guys never contacted me when I requested also on 3/27/22 at 11:10PM the night staff decided they aren’t taking any orders due to maintenance? I’ve heard that one before management really needs to step it up!

It was 11:16pm I was at the court street drive thru a lady told me I have to wait 10-15 min because they were restocking? They helped the guy in front of me and It wasn’t busy. I’ve worked at a jack in the box before on nights and we never stopped taking orders or so we shouldn’t stop taking orders. I wait in the parking lot any way and 8 minutes pass by and I noticed they began taking orders through the drive thru. I go in the line, a man assists me “what’s your order” I order a munchie meal “oh we don’t have tacos so it’s just going to be the burger and the halfsie fries” he proceeds to put down separately the burger and the fries, total comes out to $7.01 I let him know it’s a higher price to put it separately compared to $6.52 after tax for the price put down together…. I waited his response…. I tell him never mind he says “sorry”. I am usually patient about things like this but I had just got off work, I live 26 minutes out. I don’t like it when people lie to me needing 10 minutes to restock. They are an hour into their shift and feel the need to stop one person so they can get a break… It’s not easy working fast food…I get it they already get breaks as is or so they should take their breaks by law. Food is as expected mediocre. Fries were just about luke warm and the burger was ok. I ordered the monthly special burger "The Bonus Jack combo" listed above the screen which was $5.49 for the double burger and $6.99 for the triple. I of course I ordered the triple as it's basically 3 small cheeseburger patties. When I got to the window my total with tax came to $8.16. I asked how was this possible the special for the triple was 6.99 and tax would not come up to 8.16. The cashier says oh that's the price for the double. I tried to correct her and said no the double was $5.49 the triple was $6.99 to which she responded you must have read it wrong. I know it's petty to complain over 50¢ but what irks me is when I'm told I'm wrong or I misread it off the sign when it's either input into the computer wrong or your sign is incorrect. I am however petty enough to correct them online with a picture. Also the Bonus Jack had way to much sauce (it has a strong taste of vinegar) which didn't taste all that good especially when it was overwhelming the rest of the burger. Better luck next...

My family and I love Jack in the box and are loyal customers, but we went through a drive thru a few days ago,and got home,only to see that they've made the wrong order.the only thing that they got right, was the drinks.so I went back with the receipt, and all I wanted was the correct order that we paid for and I didn't want my money back,even though I had to drive back all the way from burbank,but they wouldn't replace my order. I asked to speak to a manager,amd some guy with no name tag said that he was not going to redo my order because he said in his words "how do I know if your just trying to keep the food and get a refund",and I was shocked to hear that.i tried to correct him and he told me to leave.I have a family of four and paid almost 30 dollars 💸 of my hard earned money to take them out for a treat,and this us not what I expected.I know that Jack in the box won't do right by replacing my order,so I'm just warning everyone else that the court street Jack in the box isn't a good place to go.if I could, I'd give that...
