The owner of this Subway needs a lesson in business skills. We entered this Subway at 8:10pm, right after our son’s band concert, waited in line to order sandwiches, as he only has 1 sandwich maker on duty...after getting all 4 of our sandwiches made by 8:25, we were told we HAD to take our food to go! The owner has a “policy” that EVEN THOUGH the store closes at 9, and the store hours on the door CLEARLY say 9, he demands the employees to lock the door at 8:30, so that she can leave by 9. Obviously the owner is wanting to ensure he doesn’t have to pay an employee for n extra 30-mins to an hour of work. Needless to say, we left our food on the counter, tipped the sandwich maker, and took our business to the Subway in Walmart. We won’t ever visit this...
Read moreI used the Subway app to order 7 subs from this Subway, 10 min before I got there, shortly after 10am, on the morning of the Pass Parade. I was amazed & impressed! I walked in to the store, with a line (of at least 15 people) extending out the door, & my app submitted order was ready. I don't know the procedure for when they start your order (or if it varies by location), but for them to be that busy & still have my order ready, it seems like they began my order as soon as it was submitted (regardless of how many people were in line). The workers provided customers with fast & friendly service, handled the large crowd well, worked together efficiently, & my entire order was exactly the way...
